Very rude owner. We were trying to pick out a toy ( over priced) for our puppy, with our puppy. The owner told my daughter and I to stop getting the toys out of the baskets, that were sitting on the floor , to see if our dog wanted them. She said the floor was dirty . She also tried to give our dog a treat the second we walked in without asking. Our dog spit it out and she was obviously irritated. The store is really small. Set up in like a circle and at one point there were 9 customers and 2 dogs trying to navigate around each other. Items falling off racks on to the Floor. . Meanwhile the owner was scolding a customer for giving their dog some type of food she didn't approve of..a lecture, she just left. Not a fun experience 😕 never again. I'm sure she will snap back at my comment. The fact is, she is rude. We felt like we were intruding . Read other comments. We ended up in Edwards at another pet store. 180.00 we spent and enjoyed every second, so did our puppy...

As the other reviews said, business owner is super rude for absolutely no reason. I came here on 3-4 separate occasions to purchase some necessities for my dog, since this is the only place in town. On all those occasions, not only did the owner make snarky comments but also actively talked poorly about my family who was outside the store in the car to other customers in the store not knowing I’m standing right there. When I spoke up and said that is actually my car, she quickly got quiet. I’m pretty sure the only reason this place is still in business is because it is the only option. I don’t know if this is not common knowledge, but talking poorly about other people is probably not the best...

Very strange employee or owner. Was reading the back of a pack of dog treats, and went on Google to read reviews of the product to see if it was worth buying for my dog. The woman working the shop approaches me and asks what I'm doing on my phone and is offended that I would look up the product, thinking I'm comparing prices. (Even if I was, who cares). She proceeded to let me know they are a small business in Vail and "things are more expensive here" while making me feel uncomfortable.

I checked price after I left just to see and funnily enough, the price at the store was the same as online. I would have bought the treats as they had great reviews. So you get a one star review for being...
