The Love Store — Attraction in Victorville

Hi this is Darlene I had purchased two toys from the love store they are the vivi's Tanny wants pink and one is purple well they both died on me I don't know why well I kept both receipts and I contacted them vivie directly and they didn't respond so I contacted the store and I spoke with the store supervisor she understood how I felt about purchasing a toy and when you purchase a toy over $100 do you want it to work for a good length amount of time so she gave me the phone number to the company that makes them I contacted the company the company asked me to email pictures of my toys and pictures of the receipts I contact them contacted the company asked him if they got my email they said yes they said they're so sorry about that they're going to send me both my replacement toys and a gift for the problem so I feel very grateful to know that the love store heard me and filled my frustration and my anger and help me resolve the issue and I'm so grateful for the love story I love the Love Story guys you should go there they are so amazing the people are helpful and wonderful and you go there with such confidence and comfort to know that you can be yourself in the store and they hear you and they give you exactly what you need so you can go home and have some great fun so guys go check out the love story I recommend it...

Let me start by saying there is so much "taboo" around adult stores. Often times when you walk into them people feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I was looking at lingerie for my friend and we weren't sure on how things would fit so I asked the lady up front if she could open the box and size it. Let me say, Kiki went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Made my bestie feel like a queen! The lingerie we looked at was more chains and light dominatrix so it had some weird clips and was pretty intimidating. Kiki stood there with us helping us figure it out and feel comfortable when we left.

The amazing service doesn't stop there though! We decided to wonder around and look at some other stuff. Kiki pointed out some other stuff to make valentines special and we wound up making a whole gift basket for my friend and her husband filled with all sorts of adult fun ;) they didn't make us feel weird for asking about products or using samples they were so supportive! I forgot the other ladies name, (jess?) But she was an open book! We shared experience with products and she had so many phenomenal recommendations.

The first time I came into this store I wasn’t carded and I went in with my boyfriend and I had an employee follow me around because she thought I was stealing. Very insulting. Second time, I was carded at the door with my friend and when I was trying stuff on with her, about the second set of clothes, my friend was kicked out by an employee who stood there Ordering my friend to leave the dressing room right then. When I asked why she blatantly ignored me. I don’t go to stores to be harassed and ordered about. I had to go out and force a respectful response. Again, I was accused of stealing. Another thing, if a woman wants to have her SLEEPING child in the store I don’t think that’s any of your business. I don’t care about the nature of your store, its not that explicit so calm down. Great stuff and great layout, stop allowing your employees to harass your customers. If it’s your policy, change it because it’s stupid and it singles people out.
