I was promised an imaginary party pack. As im unloading our party food onto their rack, she sees what food I had and says rice wasnāt allowed, I told her no one informed me of that rule and she said technically they canāt say we canāt eat it but they wouldnāt recommend it because itās harder for them to clean. As my party is arriving, I did have someone who is medically disabled who just had surgery and couldnāt wear socks and they still forced her to wear them if she wanted to entire even if no play. The staff didnāt host as told they promised, we werenāt allowed in our party room in time because they were cleaning it from the party before and they took that time away from my party and didnāt allow us to cut our cake, and we had to ignore their request to get out basically to just sing happy birthday. Then we couldnāt cut the cake or eat it inside the facility. We left the party room and we were told we had extra play time and over the intercom they announced my party name and said ā.. they have to goā The manager Leilani was very rude when I asked about why we couldnāt get our full time in the room and we were told extra time (30mins) would be at a charge of $60 and Leilani said it was $90 so I didnāt accept when I heard a price change and I asked why when I was told it would be $60 she shrugged her shoulders and said she could charge my card on file if I liked, insinuating itās either pay it or get out. All in all , not a good place to have a party. The play areas were VERY dirty AND dusty as if they hadnāt been cleaned in months. The restrooms were also dirty and the staff wasnāt monitoring the play areas as they should have, kids were going up the slide and getting hit by others going down and all staff was huddled in the front desk including our party host. I along with the people in my party, we will never be back and we will recommend NOT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to JJ today after a very long week to give my kids a much deserved "fun day " ... I haven't gotten to take them anywhere lately due to my very demanding work schedule. I have a 2,4 and 5 year old so it can get rather chaotic at times so at firat I thought the fact that this place was inside a mall was a huge " um I don't know about this.." but when I arrived I was glad to see that it was really close to an entrance so that was cool the kids didn't have to walk through the mall to get to where we were going. There was a slight misunderstanding about being able to bring food inside the building I was told twice that I could and after going to get it and coming back with it they said it wasn't allowed.. Instead of asking us to leave and eat outside like the rules say the manager Terri came up with an awesome compromise so the kids didn't have to leave !! Terri offered one of the party rooms for us to go into and eat our lunch! Keep in mind these are already clean and ready to go so it was very sweet of her to allow us to eat in this room free of charge she even asked if we needed silverware and plates!! She could've easily asked us to leave the building and go to the food court but she came up with this idea and the kids didn't have to get shoes back on leave to eat and come back! It doesn't seem like a big deal but with three kids under 5 that's huge lol.. So shout out to Terri she saved the day and went out of the way to give us a good experience!! I will definitely be going back as soon as we can!! The kids...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJump n Jummin- TODDLER AREA CLOSES 30 MIN BEFORE THE TIME LISTED ON THE WEBSITE/ GOGGLE. Saturday night- website says they close at 8 pm. However, the website or Goggle doesn't say that the toddler area closes at 730pm. We arrived at 7 pm. My baby was sad that he only got to play for 30 min. The workers said they were closing to sanitize the area, but I stood there and watched them the entire time, and there was no cleaning performed. They just rearranged the blocks and built a castle like structure, then placed a sign on a white sheet of paper on the door that said " closed." May you please post on the website that the toddler area closes at 730pm, please? Had I known that information, I would have planned my trip better. Also no one apologized or offered any type of customer service. Perhaps it's due to the young people employed that may not know much about customer service or how much germs kids carry (cleaning is important). They used to clean and walk around with a towel and some spray while the kids played, during business hours, but I have not seen that in a while at this location. At least the manager should be an adult but it was a young boy. He had no idea what to do and didn't know a phone number or email address for the main person incharge. I felt bad for him. He looked so scared and confused. The location at Santa Anita has some adults running the show, and it looks...
