Really not worth your money. The rides are all run down and in reality NOT SAFE. We waited about 15 minutes while in our seats on the Avalanche for it to start. Apparently the ride operator was waiting for some of his friends to get on it and was not starting it for that reason. There was absolutely no line and I did not comprehend why he could not have just started it without his friends on it. Anyways, the employees all looked like they did not care and really showed an attitude that they did not want to be there. The mini-golf course was in total need of a renovation and bushes and surrounding shrubs really needed to be better landscaped and trimmed as they blocked the paths. It truly seemed understaffed and you really were not able to see much of the staff in the park at all. Frankly based on my experience and lack of guests I'm shocked this place is even open still. I should have seen the lack of guests as a sign that this place was probably not a great destination. Well you live and learn! I would definitely NOT recommend you spend your money on this place. There are way better, and more secure, rides at Mt. Olympus or Noah's Ark. The mini-golf place was terrible and your best bet for a better mini-golf experience is right next door at Pirate Cove's. The reason I gave it two stars was because the Petting Zoo was nice to see. Although one of their goats can hop the fence and roam the mini-golf area. Their food is also reasonably priced. Other than that, like I said, I would recommend you take your...
Read moreGolfed here many times over the past 10 years. Always fun. Entertaining course on a big tree'd sidehill. Three levels of difficulty. I think we tried them all once. The courses all intertwine so you get to see all of the holes. It is especially fun after dark,. Well lit, and pretty family friendly. It can get busy. We ended up jumping to a different color couse that had fewer big groups playing on it. They could invest in some improvements. First improve the restrooms, then fix some of the torn green fabrics. The water falls were shut down on parts of the course this year. Could be related to covid cut backs. We still very much enjoyed our time on the greens. Would go back again. My kids liked it when they were 8 and 12. They still liked it at 14 and 18 too. If you have mobility problems, you might want to try a different course. It has steps and steep grades to navigate. Parking isnt great, but you can park across the...
Read moreDon't waste your time with Timber Falls, unless you are drunk and it's really hot and sunny. The holes are super short and not fun - the antithesis of mini-golf. The place has not been maintained in 10 plus years and is now in poor shape. I went here in 2021 with my young kids - the adults were disappointed and the kids (all under 6yrs old) thought it smells, but had fun none-the-less. After playing 18 remarkably short and un-entertaining holes you end near the goat pen, which smells like a sewage holding tank on a hot day.
On the plus side: the men's rest room was clean. It is a very shady course offering relief on hot days. I would recommend if you are blitzed drunk on a bachelor or bachelorette party and need to waste an hour between lunch and hitting the bars with reckless abandon so Karen or Todd can dry-heave the previous night away. And there are goats.
Go to Pirates Cove. Be entertained and get a...
