Mamas Garage — Restaurant in Wisconsin Dells

My Family and I came in after my son’s basketball game. We were very hungry. We were greeted immediately and our order was taken quickly. After an hour went by our food still hadn’t come out nor appetizer. I approached the bar to ask our server who has not been back to our table and he said it should be out any minute. Another 20 minutes goes by. We finally asked for a refill on our drinks and our food came out about five minutes after that , except for my husband’s order. We waited another 10 minutes on that all well.. The server/bartender never approached our table during our meal never offered us napkins a refill nothing not even an apology. He clearly forgot to put our order in which I understand mistakes happen, but apologize to your table. He did not say a word, He handed us the bill that I went up to the bar to get.. at least he had the courtesy to comp our food.. and it’s great that he did that but Man not even an apology or check in at the table.. not once? Unfortunately, we will not...

I used to enjoy going to this bar in the dells. Last Friday (October 7th) I went in there with three of my friends. They orders Makers and coke. Somehow got served Jager and coke (personally I don’t know anyone that would consume that willingly).We asked them to fix their mistake. The male bartender fixed one but refused the other and was the rudest customer service. Oh then he told the other bartender not to serve us. When the male bar tender told the door man to kick us out, the door man was trying to kick out our black friends instead. When our black friends went to the next bar, the door guy came there to kick our black friends out again. Don’t waste your money at this racist bar. Have a swing a nigs. Better customer service and they aren’t going to screw your drink up and not own there mistake. Both the male and female bartenders need some customer services skills before interacting...

Great atmosphere, good crowd, games, and drinks. Bartender was AWESOME!! Was there for daughter's 21st bday on Monday 4-5-21. Was an early stop and ended up staying. Got me with a REAL long island!! And way cheaper than our other stops and good drinks!! I will pay more than what they asked for a good drink versus over paying for over pouring or bartenders guessing on how to make something.
