Worst waxing experience ever. I have got waxed for years more than 20 times in total, and this is by far the worst waxing experience I have ever had.
It seems so clear that they don’t know what type of wax is proper for the sensitive parts of the body. Or even if that is the right type of wax, they don’t know how to use it properly for sure.
The temperature of the wax was unbearably hot, waxes were “scattered” on my body in a really clumsy way, which made it so hurtful when she removed it. (it seemed so clear that she doesn’t know how to apply wax properly, I wish she studies more)
The worst part is that the Waxer seemed so clumsy so I had to ask her several times whether she had done it before or not, but she was so confident about herself and almost blamed me for being sensitive.
I’m 100% confident that she got no skills at all regarding applying the wax and removing it based on my years of experience as a waxing customer. She kept saying that she had done it for years but I honestly couldn’t believe it, and if that it true, she needs to change her job for future customers.
I HAD to STOP her in the middle of waxing cuz I couldn’t bear the pain anymore.
It would have been better if she did not started the job in the beginning if she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
I feel really bad for the people who would experience the same thing in the future, and I highly recommend for the manager to be WAXED by the woman who waxed me. You SHOULD experience it...
Read moreI came here with some friends after reading their reviews to get a massage done.
Upon arriving we looked at the options they had available and I personally went for the 60min Vietnamese massage.
My male masseur escorted me upstairs to the massage area and then showed me where I could undress, where to put my belongings in and what outfit to wear during the massage.
Through the entire massage the gentleman was kind and attentive. I get a bit ticklish if the touch is "too soft" and when he noticed he changed his style to suit me better.
The masseur was strong yet had a gentle/soft touch that would work amazingly on many women, but it could be a bit more "practical" for me. He did however make me feel extremely comfortable and he was professional from beginning to end.
I do have to say that I am not sure if all the reviews they have are valid ones. My masseur kindly asked me if I would write a review and of course I do.
In regards to: My friend who did the 90min Vietnamese massage: He was content and satisfied with his services as well. My friend who got the manicure: She had old gel that needed to be removed and then got her manicure done. Her entire manicure looked neat and fresh.

Read moreWay overrated, wouldn't give a star if possible. Their staff can't massage. Neither proper techniques for the body & foot. Got to change masseur after the 1st failed with his cold, trembling hands on my body & the replacement is just kinda better on his touch, but there're no technique doing deep tissues as requested. Plenty of effleurage, no elbows, no forearms, no pressure points, neither any petrissage, friction, nor tapotement; skipping many areas, massage left foot but not the right, repeat the left leg twice, speed through the right leg, no upper body. About 3/4 of the way a female staff lingered beside to chat/watch while putting her freezing hands 1st on my right arm, which I pulled away a couple of times. Then she moved to touching my face & head, which I'd also shoved away twice before she caught the hint to stop, but she still hung around a while longer. Told my masseur that I wanted an hour's foot & he does the job mediocally. Both services ended in under an hour. Their staffs attitudes are rather unwelcoming. Maybe my expectations are higher as a certified therapist/instructor, but I felt it's not worth half the total payment excluding tips, which leaves me unrelaxed & cheated...
