This was the best spa experience of my life. I visited Serene Spa Hanoi for the Vietnamese Ritual Massage and the Hair Ritual, and I still can’t stop thinking about how incredible it was.

From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I was offered herbal tea before the treatment, which immediately made me feel at ease.

The massage was everything I needed. The therapist checked in about pressure preferences and focused on areas where I held the most tension. It was both deeply relaxing and genuinely healing.

But what truly stood out was the hair spa. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The treatment started with a gentle hair wash, followed by a long and calming scalp and shoulder massage. It was incredibly soothing and left me feeling completely recharged.

Stop searching—this is hands down the best massage in Hanoi. Maya was the most skilled masseuse I’ve had during my 4-week journey through Vietnam, traveling from the south to the north. At every stop, I tried a massage, and Maya stood out by far.

She takes the time to properly warm up your muscles before working into the deeper pressure points, regularly checks in to make sure the pressure is just right, incorporates gentle stretches, and finishes by wiping off the oil with a warm towel—such a thoughtful touch.
