Extremely basic bedrooms, we stayed in a two twin bed with bathroom and it was simply very poor/cheap. First of all; the mattresses were used up so much they were tilted, very uncomfortable and bad for the back, plus it was a spring mattress; i could feel the springs... Also only one pillow was provided per bed... |Second; no hooks in the bedroom or bathroom to hang coats and/or towels and so on... no night table lamps. Third; there was only one plug in the bedroom so if I needed to use my phone while charging it it was impossible since there were no chairs in the room to sit down next to the plug. |Fourth; the shower was extremely small and the floor of it was lifted up, as if it were not glued properly to the ground... very strange. |Overall I found everything so cheap and uncomfortable... not worth your the try! For about the same price we found much better for the remaining nights in Natales. |Bonus: a couple dead flies by the kitchen window where the breakfast buffet is served. |PS: payments in cash only. A bit of spice and full of life. |He was very helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information about trekking in Paine del Torres. He gave us rides to and from the bus terminal and was generally very helpful, informative and nice. We also booked with him a transfer to the reservation at a great price. ||The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had private bathrooms with plenty of hot water. There was a fireplace in the main lounge with comfy sofas that made you want to spend all day there!||We also decided to rent equipment from Juan - sleeping bags, tens, mats - top notch gear! |We had below zero temperatures when camping in the reservation.
