Hostal Santa Lucia — Hotel in Santiago

Stayed here for two nights and had an excellent stay. Great price and location. The man at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Negatives about the place: our bathroom door didn't close, door itself was too big for the frame, kinda odd. The terrazza wasn't open, apparently only open on weekends. Listing also said there was a restaurant and free breakfast, both of which weren't there. Overall though, recommended and...

This place is not good, hosts aren't nice neither try to be helpful (they seem in a bad mood). The room and bathroom are not well clened, and there is a constant noise all the time, which makes sleeping almost impossible. Perhaps breakfast is the worst thing, they serve you 2 slices of bread, and a very poor coffee, you can help yourself of few things. Even though it is a hostel, I reserved an entire room for myself, and the experience was terrible anyway! I strongly don't recommend anybody...
