I have stayed here with my family three times and every time we got better and better service. I just have to tell you that in December 2017, just before new years eve , when all the hotels in Viña del Mar where already booked, Mr Pablo Guzmán managed to reserve us a tripple room as we desired. Totally magic and such a great service, we are still sooo thankful for all his help becouse we have nowhere else to stay ... and of course we are thankfull for all the help from the rest of the very helpfull, friendly and always nice and efficient staff. ||We are so thankful for everything and for Margaritas Pisco Sours (if I remenber her name right, best drinks here).|| This hotel is very small but with large rooms especially the tripple one with an anti allergic floor. I can't stay in rooms with rugs due to my asma so this option is perfect. The tripple room we got had a small balcony to the city side. Cozy, a bit noisy but I just used my ear ins and heard nothing. There is a quite huge bathroom in the tripple room, safety deposit in all rooms I've stayed, great Wifi and lots of closets and storage. The triple is just fine for three adults. Very clean and tidy rooms overall. I miss some slippers and a bathrobe but there is great bathrooms amenities. I miss a small coffee machine and water boiler for some tea-time in the evening, that would be pedect 😊☕️☕️||||There is plenty of room for cars in the garage and feels safe to leave the car inside the patio when not using the car (locked gate during the night).||Breakfast is a buffé with all sorts of bread, sandwich toppings, yogurt and flakes, juices, fresh fruits and if you ask the staff they can make you scrambled eggs etc. Nice service. They have a very good room service and the staff ||There is no elevator but the staff is always helpfull and helps to carry the luggage. ||We are looking forward to visit this hotel very soon and I hope for a nice room again and a tasty...

I'm delighted with Hotel Monterilla's combination of good location, the incredible responsiveness of the staff, the flexibility of their reservation system, relatively low cost, cleanliness, great breakfast, and low night noise. Hotels in Vina del Mar are generally nice (I've tried 3, and my conference colleagues were satisfied with several others). But since this is frankly a vacation town with late hours, night noise has been an issue for me personally. A cheap hotel which is otherwise attractive can keep you awake part of the night due to noise from the nightclub next door or car alarms; not a big problem due to the Monterilla's location. Flexibility of the reservation system is also important as some hotels pretend that their advertised discounts don't exist when quoting you a price, and some want a wire transfer to confirm a reservation. These hassles don't exist at the Monterilla. This was my second stay at the Monterilla, and they assisted my wife in arranging a very nice...

Chegamos ao hotel esperando instalações de hotel 4 estrelas como informado. Considerando não haver quartos disponíveis no enjoy vina del mar, optamos por um hotel próximo ao mesmo. Entre os que tinham avaliação muito boa, escolhemos o Hotel Monterilla. ||Chega ate a ser difícil de acreditar que um hotel 4 estrelas não tenha nem ar condicionado nem ventilador de teto, mas é real, não tem nenhum dos dois.||||Superada essa ideia, continuemos com a avaliação.||||O staff da recepção foi cordial e gentil. ||||Nos deparamos com uma escadaria para subir com as malas pois nossos quartos eram no segundo andar e não tem elevador.||||Ao entrarmos nos quartos, verificamos que o banheiro chega a ser claustrofóbico de tao reduzido, com banheira de no máximo 1 metro de comprimento por 80 cm de largura. No total, o banheiro não tem mais que 1m x 2m. No banheiro, a janela tem que ser fechada para tomar banho pois ela permite a visão por fora. O secador de cabelos não funcionava.||||No café da manhã, o leite com chocolate estava azedo, teve que ser substituído. No segundo dia, tinha um suco misturado, sendo que uma das frutas tenho alergia. Solicitei um suco de laranja isolado e não tinha.Os ovos mexidos são feitos na hora. A oferta de itens é muito pequena.||||Ao tentar fechar a porta de um dos quartos, a fechadura (com chave) não estava boa, tendo ficado aberto o mesmo.||||Para se entrar no estacionamento, tem que ser chamado o recepcionista para que o mesmo abra o portão.||||A localização do hotel é ótima.||||Quartos silenciosos porém apertados.||||Não espere um hotel 4 estrelas, não vá com a expectativa para isso. Caso fosse clara a classificação do hotel, talvez a avaliação fosse diferente.||||Merece uma reformulação na classificação e uma reforma nas...
