Basic hotel with restaurant, patio and outdoor pool. I stayed three nights with my 88 year old mother. They were considerate and friendly. Prices were ok but they will charge you even for a cup of tea (??!!). Is that necessary? The snack machine has a bit of everything but also extremely expensive. I can’t believe that this is how they make money (??). It just seems unnecessary and leaves a bad impression. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service. The breakfast was complete with several options and all the personnel were attentive and friendly. The location is good and only a few blocks to the boardwalk. To stroll down San Martin Avenue you may need a taxi or Uber if you have mobility issues. The general neighborhood is quiet although I didn’t venture out late. There is a taxi drop off area off the road that leaves you three steps from the main entrance to the hotel. That’s convenient if you’re traveling with senior adults or children. Entrance to the building is controlled by the front desk who...
Read moreWe spent 3 night here in quarantine. We had room service and the food was not very good. We ordered Cheeseburgers and Potato Chips. We got French Fries and not chips. Another time we ordered 1 bowl of vanilla ice cream and 1 bowl of chocolate ice cream. They gave us 2 bowls of mixed vanilla and chocolate ice cream.|Another day, they rang our door about 6:30am with breakfast that we did not order. It was ham sandwiches and fruit. The sandwiches were horrible tasting, and looked bad also. A nice guy came up to our room the 1st day and while he was there, we asked him to st the TV to English. He tried, but could not get English. We spent 3 days in the room with Spanish and we don't...
