Dear Londoner Hotel Team,
Hello, I’m from Korea and recently had the pleasure of staying at The Londoner Hotel with my family from August 14th to 16th. During our time there, we were truly overwhelmed by the beauty and grandeur of the hotel. Everything was spotless, and the service from all staff members was warm and thoughtful. Thanks to that, we were able to create some of the best memories of our trip.
Actually, something quite stressful happened before we arrived at The Londoner. We had been staying at the Andaz Hotel, and I accidentally left my wallet behind. When I reached out to Andaz for help, I was told that since there was cash inside, it had been sent to the police. They simply gave me an address written only in Chinese and offered no further help.
As someone who doesn't speak Chinese and only knows a little English, I felt completely lost and honestly, quite frustrated by their lack of support.
Feeling helpless, I decided to ask for help from a Korean staff member at The Londoner. At that moment, a staff member named Coupera, from the Concierge team, kindly stepped in. Not only did Coupera discover that the address given by Andaz was actually incorrect, but they also contacted Andaz again to confirm the correct police station where my wallet was being kept. And knowing that I couldn’t speak Chinese, Coupera even wrote down exactly what I should say at the station on a note—just in case I had trouble communicating when I got there.
Thanks to Coupera’s kindness and thorough help, I was able to find my wallet and return to my trip without worry. I wanted so much to thank them in person, but sadly I didn’t get the chance—so I’m writing this message instead.
Coupera truly went above and beyond, all with a warm smile and so much care. It meant a lot to me and my family. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely choose The Londoner again when I visit Macau in the future.
Thank you once again, from the bottom...

Read moreI am here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Both my husband and me feel blessed to have made the right choice. First, the room setting - it’s spacious and cosy, though not luxurious. Second, I bought the stay package with access to its club (called Residence). Three meals are included: afternoon tea, cocktail with snacks, and breakfast. We have been to many hotels of similar star level. I can say for sure, the food enjoyed here are way above other hotels. The only difficulty here is your capacity. Highlights include abalone-shaped pastries, cherry-shaped raspberry cake in afternoon tea; fried scallops, waggu beef, abalone pasta with refreshing cocktails; last but not least, abalone egg benedict, stew soup, numerous pastries in breakfast time. That apart, the service is really top-notched to make you feel home, thanks to Julie, Joyce and Sin. They even framed our photos right away to bring back this fond memories. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to go, especially for celebrations. A bit pricey here though, let’s consider slack season to make the...
