This was a quiet and incredible dining experience. Stumbled on this restaurant walking in the area and was intrigued by the outside appearance. Still craving a good pasta I gave it a try ....and so glad I did !

Firstly the inside is very gorgeous as hell ! This is a date night/ take someone special/ take folks you love type of dining experience/ a foodie must try. Was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was attentive and he sat me near the front close to the live music.

Ordered a cocktail 🍸, sea bass pasta dish, and a mango tartar with chocolate mint vanilla ice cream......all three were exceptionally delightful! It was hard to pick because the menu had so many good choices.The ingredients, fresh ...presentation, well put together....and every bite was very good! Pretty much the chef was on top of their game. The waiter I had was also attentive and accommodating

The live music was also a very very nice touch ☺️. The singer and guitarist were on point in their selections giving you a touch of jazz while playing with afrobeat, salsa, and latin inspired originals. I caught some of the staff singing and dancing to the music which was so cute !

Would I come back here? HELL YEA! Would I recommend this to those who like a dining experience? ABSOLUTELY! It's worth the money in my opinion and one of the best experiences in Cartagena 😎☺️😍 does the foodie...

We were a party of 8 that were turned away from tourist trap across the street because one in our party was wearing shorts. Wow! What a favor they did for us!! The hostess at Norma was not only happy, but excited for us to dine there. They proceeded to walk us around the entire restaurant to allow us to pick our table.We ended up sitting at round table in front, probably great advertising for them. On the way, I met the owner/chef who showed me around the kitchen which was very impressive! I had the braised short rib which was tremendous. Everyone at our table had an incredible gustatory experience. 3 bottles of wine were consumed with the delicious appetizers presented. Bill came and we decided to guess, furthest from the number pays. I guessed 5M Colombian pesos ( approx $1,100 usd). To make a long story a bit shorter, bill was $385 usd including tip! What an amazing dinner. This is authentic Italian food in Cartagena. Everything we had was spot on delicious. You can taste the fresh ingredients with each bite. The ambiance of the restaurant was very welcoming, if I lived here I would make this one of my regular spots. The wine selection was diverse and our server Antonio gave some Excellent suggestions. Speaking of servers, Antonio is the second best server in this establishment, he gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner and his wine choices were tailored to our tastes. We were only going to order one bottle but after we tried another selection by Antonio we got even more wine. I must say the star of the show was our other server Jari, she really filled in the gaps and made our experience amazing as well.
