Hotel Pachamama — Hotel in Quindío

The „Casa Pachamama“ is absolutely fantastic. Different than other tourists, we stayed two weeks in Salento, as we have enough time to travel and we really enjoyed Salento and definitely the „Casa Pachamama“. Beatriz is a very nice, friendly, warm person and she is always giving you a good feeling, helped out with everything and she gives her full heart. We almost felt like home. Also the cleaning woman Jolanda and the husband of Beatriz where really nice and open for a nice conversation. The room is comfortable, very clean, the bathroom is perfect to take a warm shower and you have a really nice view as it is located on a little hill. The location is perfect, as you have your quite space and still only 5 minutes to walk into the center of Salento. We enjoyed so much, that we decided to stay longer than planned. Beatriz was totally flexibel and very open to have us some more days. Thank you very very much for that wonderful stay at „Casa Pachamama“ - we definitely recommend it to stay here when you are...

Would not recommend. There was a mix up with our booking upon arrival, we booked two room, they had one and wanted to charge us the price we’d agreed for two rooms. Hugo who was on reception was lovely and very polite and a credit to the owner Beatriz who we spoke to on phone to try and fix the misunderstanding and was extremely rude and hung up on my husband. We weren’t told about the kitchen facilities available. The door to the bedroom was insecure and difficult to lock and the TV didn’t work, the beds weren’t made. When we checked out the owner was there( we actually thought she was a guest) as she never came to check us out or say goodbye, so we left the keys on the table. Salento is full of B&B’s of a similar price and the people of Salento are wonderful and welcoming so definitely would not go back or recommend. Beatriz is rude and...
