This place is just awesome. Upon arrival we were met in the front office by Natalia. She was the most helpful and gracious hosts. Shee told us all the great spots to go to.

La fortuna waterfall at "catarata fortuna" 6 min drive, $20 per person

The suspension bridges. 20 minute drive.

Mirador de silencio: 15 mins away. $10 per person.

She works the front office, at the bar serving drinks and food. She's amazing.

The room I stayed in was smaller but very clean and had all I needed. All I had the room for was to sleep.

You will have wifi, a pool, limited parking, free breakfast, which is delicious by the way. They have a shared outdoor common space with a fridge and a stove and all the things necessary to cook with. There is also a washer dryer.

This place has accommodating staff, it's a great location close to hiking, atvs, horseback tours, ziplining...

All the things. 10/10. Would recommend. There are nicer hotels around, and way worse ones.

But this hotel was clean, safe, in a great location and If I find myself in la fortuna again, I will surely stay here again over...

Me and my husband were in our honeymoon and booked the deluxe room at this hotel. The deluxe room we paid for said the bedroom had bathtub, king size bed and pool view. When we arrived, they had given out room to someone else and put us in a regular room, with small double beds, no bathtub, and we could not keep the curtains open as the window was facing the corridor were all the other guests could see inside our bedroom. They refused to refund the difference in money we paid, and had the audacity to lie and say the bedroom we booked was cheaper than the deluxe one, when I have all the screenshots of my booking and also the photos of the room. Be careful in booking this hotel, as they won’t take responsibility if there is a mistake. They ruined part of our honeymoon and made this a very upsetting experience. There’s so many other hotels in La Fortuna that are more beautiful, more private and similar price. It’s not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
