We wanted to eat seafood and decided to try this place. Apparently it's a fairly new restaurant, but has some good reviews. We thought the food was great! Since we were coming up on the end of our trip I decided it was my last chance for rice with shrimp, so that was my choice. My wife ordered a whole fried red snapper. Both entrees were great and for dessert it seemed appropriate to have chocolate lava cake. Which was truly fantastic! Along with the great food, I'm the service was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxing. It's definitely worth a visit if you're up for seafood, although there are some non-seafood items on the menu.

If you’re contemplating coming here because they only have a few reviews, STOP AND JUST COME HERE! Wish I could give this place 10 stars. The food is out of this world and fresh. We got the creamy seafood soup, shrimp cocktail, salmon with passion fruit sauce, and whole redfish fried snapper with Caribbean sauce. I have never tasted these flavors in my life and WOOOW they were delicious! Our server was so nice. Don’t skip this place if you like seafood.

This restaurant is relatively new to the area and we had a great experience with our family. The fried whole snapper was well-seasoned and crispy. The seafood stew was incredibly flavorful as well. The waiter was very kind and provided our kids with Legos to occupy them while we waited for our food. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good, flavorful seafood.

I'm not one to review a lot of services or restaurants but, I had to give this restaurant its flowers. If you only do two things while in La Fortuna go to The Waterfall and this restaurant. The seafood is very fresh and the flavor profiles are perfect according to my taste buds. The prices for food this good were amazing. We had drinks, appetizer (ceviche, soup), the whole red snapper, and salmon for less than $60 American...
