If you are looking for a centrally located apartment , this place is perfect.

If you need a quiet place to sleep, this place fit the bill. For my 3rd and 4th night there , 2 couples moved in, used the small table on the balcony to drink beers and smoke and made a lot of noise or they talked in the only common area with , I don’t remember if there are chairs but only until 9 pm . The place has almost zero sound proofing.

If you want to have a competitively priced apartment with a room and better amenities like a cloth washer , this place is not for you . Just look in AirBnB in the same area and see what you can find. On the way there from Ljubljana to Zagreb , I met a father and son. They are staying in an AirBnB the same area because they got off one Tram # 6 stop before me right in the center of town and pay 40 Euros less per night with 1 bedroom and cloth washer. They hardly speak English but is travel savvy. I saw them an hour later in Konzum supermarket nearby. They were happy with their apartment. I was there to buy a bottle of shower gel that costed me €1.76 , a minuscule amount but this apartment didn’t provide something that is environmentally friendly . I will be using 4 per night , 20 in all had I use this apartment’s baby size 2 in one shampoo /shower gel.

If you want to do any kind of cooking . It’s possible if you go buy your oil, salt, peppers, vinegar. If you travel, will you be carrying a 0.5 liters of olive oil with you ? Why aren’t the basic condiments not available ? If you stay in an AirBnB , own by one owner and not manage by a company as most probably in this case, they would generally have at least the basic. They might not have your almond flour , curry powder or grape seed oil, they generally have the basic condiments.

If you want to sit on a low easy chair 1/2 meter off the ground with a table , you prefer a regular size dining table to have a meal, this place is not for you. It has 2 low sitting chairs with a round low coffee table. The room is too small to fit them all but even that is not a major issue if they have folding table and chairs, at the very least.

Do you need a microwave oven ? This place has it and quite a nice model too. But be careful though because it is placed higher than my head and I am not a short person. If you use microwave oven to boil hot water, or anything hot for that matter, be careful not to scald yourself because you have to reach up for it . For safety concern, microwave ovens are placed on the counter top below most people chest level. This is just to protect guests from injury and worst, a lawsuit that literally can bankrupt a company.

Do you want a place that emphasizes and practices of clean environment, with recyclable trash bags , water pitcher and refillable shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower stall ? This place it not a good example and not for you. They provide tiny bottles, that fit inside the palm of a small baby and it is dual use. It is both a shampoo and shower gel. An average person measures 165 cm high and weight 75 kg will have a surface area of 1.86 m2 . One of those bottle can cover 0.4 m or 0.5 m at the most. You need a handful to wash your hair and have enough to wash your body thoroughly.

So why would you pay more to stay in this studio apartment when it only provides nothing more than a microwave oven and individual...

Excellent holiday apartment. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Check-in instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. Apartments are located on the third (really fourth) floor, a small elevator is available. Kitchen is stocked with dish and cookware, and a Nespresso machine with pods. Annoyingly the blackout drapes did not cover the entire window. More annoyingly the bedding did not fit the bed: king bed with a twin duvet. Still, on the whole the property was excellent and I would return. Walking distance from both the train station...

Beautiful room in a heart of Zagreb. Smooth and flexible communication with the owner and check in&out. It's like having a beautiful hotel room, but with a comfort of the apartment (the fully equipped kitchenette has even a washing machine). You can see and even smell that...
