Kuny Apartments — Hotel in Grad Split

Far from the worst experience of my life. We were supposed to have a 2 bedrooms apartment. We arrive and the lady told us that the apartment is not available anymore. She says that she find us an other apartment but we have to cancel the reservation on booking (for free) then pay her by cash for the new apartment. She wanted us to pay by cash before we see the apartment. Thankfully we refused and asked to see the apartment before paying anything. So we go all together to the apartment that was very far away in a bad neighborhood. What a surprise when we come in the apartment, it was very very dirty, nothing was clean and we were really thinking like someone was actually living in that apartment. Of course we refused to stay and the lady just told us that she had nothing else for us. And because we canceled the reservation on booking (she did everything to make us cancel the reservation by stressing us), we could not do anything. We had to find a place at 11 pm in a city we don't know with a very small budget... Please avoid Kuny Apartments, this is...

Kao susjeda s kata poviše (Iza lože 7 u Splitu) mogu reći da je ovo stan od 31m² u stambenoj zgradi, a ne nekakav apartman u smislu hotela koji iznajmljuje umjesto domaćina nekakva "Kuny apartments". "Kuny apartments" nije hotel nego iznajmljuje stanove u stambenim zgradama u kojima ljudi žive.Iako stan Iza lože 7/2 kat ima 31m² iznajmljivač ga oglašava kao stan od 40m². Ima dozvolu za 2+2 gosta, a iznajmljivač ga uglavnom prekrcava ljudima tako da u stanu bude 7 do 8 gostiju. Sam iznajmljivač ruši kvalitetu smještaja koji ima oznaku 3 zvjezdice. Estuvimos en verano y fue todo bien hasta que volvimos a España, hicimos la reserva através de booking y puse mi tarjeta de crédito para garantizar. El pago se podía hacer en efectivo o con tarjeta y pagamos con la tarjeta de mi marido. Cual es la sorpresa que al a finales de septiembre me entra un cargo en mi tarjeta y con la de mi marido también había entrado el cargo. Les hemos escrito y desde el 24 septiembre estamos esperando que hagan el retroceso del cargo. Son amables pero no hay manera y no creo que la cosa sea como...
