Luxury Rooms Lucija & Luka — Hotel in Grad Split

The people/owners running this accommodation are greedy and disgusting at best. My husband and I were booked there for 3 nights in June. The first of our flights were cancelled and as a result we missed our connection to Europe. The airlines were not going to be able to rebook us for 3 days and we thought for sure we were not going to be able to go. I immediately contacted the property on June 16th to let them know what happened and that we were not going to make it to Croatia and cancelled the reservation. We were very upset! The next day, I was able to find a new itinerary with a different airline and tried to rebook our reservation. Less than 24 hours, they rebooked our room and could not accommodate us. Despite filling the room and making money for the room, they REFUSED to refund us. I also called Booking.com, where I made the reservation for help and they also tried, getting the same refusal. I could understand if they were unable to rebook our room with another guest, but they DID! Horrible...

The apartment is located in the center of old town, very convenient!

The rooms provide everything you need, and additional with the beach bag and beach towels, very thoughtful for the guests go on the island trip, room is cozy, comfortable

Bruno is super nice and friendly host, he provided you a detailed list of recommendations of sight seeing points/ restaurants etc, which is very useful

Wow! We just checked in this beautiful luxury Oasis in the middle of Split. Our room is gorgeous. Luca and Andrea and Mila greated us like we are a member of their family explaining everything about Split and things to do. Their customer service is unbeatable. We are extremely pleased.
