R-Penzion — Hotel in okres Český Krumlov

This Pension is located in a residential area atop a small hill that is approached by a rather steep walk. A 10 mins walk takes you to the historic city centre. The Owner is friendly and helpful and speaks good English. He helped us get a last minute booking through CK Shuttle due to a mix up in our transfer bookings to catch our flight in Prague - much appreciated. The house is equipped with wifi that's fast, barbecue and swimming pool. We were in an attic room, but beware it can be hot not to mention bumps in the head. Breakfast is adequate and somewhat varied, but served personally by the owner which is good. No hair driers or coffee maker in the room, but the owner gives you hot water to make your own. There are some good restaurants nearby which are also good. A small minimart in in the bottom of the hill and a COOP...

We spent in pension 1 night - with my friend and our "grandmas" = ladies trip. Yes, our apartment is up stairs. The pension is "on the hill". But the rest was great! The apartement was nice equipmented, the bathroom large and clean (like the room). We had amazing view from the window - direct to the castle.||The owner was very kind and prepared to help us. He offered us a breakfast, because the next day was holiday - and all shops closed. And it was great - tasty, varied, so much coffee, how much you wished... the price was fully proportionate to the breakfast, which we got.||The price for the accomodation was fully proportionate to the appartement, which we got too.
