The Brothers Kareem and Tariq were always present and helpful. They organised everything I needed to make my stay at their Inn unforgettable. The Incredible Staff there were Amazing and Always had a Smile on their Lovely Faces. I felt straight away at home as soon as I was welcomed by the owners and staff members waiting for me at the entrance. The location is one of the best in Giza. Away from the hustle and bustle of Giza and Cairo. If you want peace and quiet here is your Getaway home away from home and next door to a lovely well kept golf course. The Giza Pyramid is right in front of you. You cannot believe how close you are to this Incredible Historical Monument. In the lovely photos, Most Humble and Caring Ahmed collects all the uneaten food on the premises and helps feed the adorable puppies and animals around the Inn each day, the staff never miss a day. I helped him everyday as well, my heart felt so humble helping these stray animals, the Gift of Giving is Always in Our Hearts. The owners made sure no food was ever wasted and they gave each animal around their home left overs food everyday. They and The Staff Are My Type of...

Our stay at the Crystal inn has been truley a wonderful experience, Karim and his family have went above and beyond to make sure we have been well looked after and treated like royalty, even coming to rescue us at 12pm at night from are first hotel were we was scammed. They have all completely changed are holiday from a negative to positive so much so we booked too stay for 2 nights and ended up canceling are aeroplane and extended are stay to 6 nights. There home is beautiful, safe, clean and relaxing the views are amazing! We have done the best activitys at the best prices stress free ! Thanks to Karim sorting everything out for us, the whole family and workers treat you like family with the up most respect we are really impressed by the English spoken and politeness of the children I would recommend to anyone to come stay here you will not be disappointed... there is a good variety of beautiful food on there menu, breakfasts fresh and tastes delicious. Not only the most beautiful rooftop in the whole neighborhood, possibly even in all of Cairo with a breathtaking view at the foot of the Great Pyramid of Khufu… but what truly makes this place special is the incredible hospitality of the brothers who run this guesthouse.
