We had very terrible nights in this hotel, we got a room with view to the street at the second floor. On the booking page was a note, that the rooms are sound isolated but the window let a lot of noises from the people and trams from the street through, we can even clearly hear when the people in the next hotel room going to the toilet (everything, not only the flush!). And the cherry on top was the led spot right in front from our window. The curtains are not good enough to cover the light from the spot and our room was lighten up all the night. The location of the hotel is excellent, but this room was very frustrating.

I stayed here twice - summer 2024 and February 2025. It’s calm, cheaper than others in this area. Clean, comfortable. Even though rooms are small you have enough of useful surface and furniture, so you don’t feel any discomfort. They even have night curtains. The tram stops in front of the door. The Cathedral and the center are in walkable distance, the walk there is enjoyable. The breakfast is nice, you have smth to select from. The staff at the reception (a young girl and a young tall man whose names to my shame I didn’t ask) were super helpful even in the late evening. They have a luggage room under the coded lock.

Tiny little ibis located near the Strasbourg train station. It also sits by the river bank. The city tram pass in front of the hotel. The front desk receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. but it’s very small. Bathroom was even smaller. Difficult to turn around in the shower pan. The ac was quick and strong. I loved its very close to old town. Many shopping opportunities and lots of eateries. Loved this beautiful old city. We’ll this come again and stay at this ibis hotel even longer than our 4-nite stay this time. highly recommended!

The hotel is very well located for both the train station and the center of town. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and apologized for being so busy (she had 3 phones all ringing at the the same time). It all felt very secure as it seems a staff member on reception has to let you in to the lobby. It was also really nice that they had decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees and decorations in the lobby and breakfast room.|On check in we were given a small Stork key ring (possibly for being Ibis members) which was a nice touch. There was a glass cabinet with these in behind reception so I think they were also available for purchase along with a few other souvenirs.|Our room was on the ground floor of the annex building, which involved walking through the breakfast room and then a short (covered) walk outside through the parking area. The room was okay, although a little smaller than other Ibis rooms we have stayed in previously. The bed was comfortable although personally I found the pillows quite soft. The heating worked well and was appreciated with the cold weather outside.|The location on the ground floor meant we heard some movement during the night with people returning and heading up the stairs. |They did provide a bottle of water but it needed a bottle opener to take off the lid, something we did not have, nor could we locate in the room. There was a water dispenser on the way through to reception as well.|Although we did not have breakfast during our stay due to having to walk through the breakfast room we did see the selection of pastries on offer and it...

We stayed here 2 nights the weekend before Christmas, and enjoyed the hotel. The small reception area had 2 people helping guests, and the guy who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. Although I speak French, he spoke English and very well. He was professional and polite, and helped with an issue finding one of our reservations .||The room was small but clean, decent bed. The bathroom was tiny with a small shower. It's a budget range hotel so expectations were set as such. ||The location was great. Easy walk to the main train station, and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. VERY convenient!||The amount we paid for this room was way too much but we think it's because it was during the big Christmas market time. Everything was high, but this is too much for this caliber of hotel. But we paid it and would stay again if we needed a place in this area that was a budget hotel.||Breakfast was pretty good! It's included with some rates, not with others, so just...

This hotel is in a location that is an easy walk from the station and to the old city. The rooms are very minimal - no safe, limited storage and hanging space. No toiletries other than single shower gel (which is also supposed to be shampoo) and hand soap on the sink. There are no hand towels. Some staff are friendly, others not. As loyalty members, we were given a welcome drink voucher “for the drink of your choice” but when we tried to use the voucher, we were told it’s beer or nothing. This was very disappointing as this is not the usual ACCOR experience. I emailed ACCOR about this issue while we were there ad we’re assured the staff would fix this but that never happened. We chose to skip the overpriced breakfast in favour of the many other options around us. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are other hotels nearby that I would...
