Where to begin. My minuscule room on the second floor. I smelled less sewage in the Paris metro. The room stinks so bad. There was no air-conditioning or any type of ventilation. And if you open the window all you could hear was noise at three in the morning from the bar that is downstairs. But you can’t complain about the bar because the family that runs the hotel runs the bar. Avoid this place at all costs. Now they did comp my room and move me to a lovely room in the courtyard and that was fine but these rooms over the bars should not even be allowed to be given to people. When I did complain they said they know it’s a problem but nobody’s doing anything to solve it so just beware.||So the first night when I was in the tiny room that stunk like sewage I had to open the window but I couldn’t sleep because of the bar noise. So let me tell you about the lovely gentleman at reception. After the bar close he had a couple of girls that were hanging out in front of the hotel talking so loudly and drinking. I was sitting by the window because it was fresh air he literally pissed in the street. I am here to tell you just avoid this place. It could be so charming but it’s not. Now if you can get one of the big rooms in the courtyard I thought it was lovely. But it’s not worth risking. If you get a room over the street Run. Breakfast was also not very good. Really this is like a one star hotel....

I also work in a hotel and we have never been treated so poorly in a bar! my father-in-law (over 70 years old) asked the attendant which whiskey she had! she said she didn't know! he asked if He could help her to find the wiskey! Another attendant came, from reception, holding him in a rude and inaproprely way by the arm and pushing him out! Total lack of respect for the customer! could have told him kindly that he couldn't enter the bar! but she literally grabbed him by the arm, spoke rudely and told him he should leave! We will never go back to this hotel! And as I work in a hotel, I know the importance of treating a customer well, even in complicated situations! she treated my father-in-law very badly! a situation we have never been through in our lives! very sad ! I think crew members need...

This is a typical French/European hotel. It's nothing to write home about but it has everything you need. My room was really small, but that's to be expected with any French hotel of this caliber. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower was satisfactory. Nothing particular stood out as being outstanding but I have nothing to complain about. This hotel is very close to the train station as well as all the tourist attractions in town. I've stayed at another hotel in Strasbourg with bigger, more spacious rooms, but it was also farther from city center and more expensive. For a budget stay, this place is a fantastic option.

We had a one night stay at this hotel while we visited the beautiful city of Strasbourg. For a short visit I definitely recommend this hotel! Since you get a good deal for your money! Hotel was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helped us to find a good place for some tarte flambee! ➕ Staff is very friendly and helpful! Decent breakfast included for the budget Great value for price Clean and modern style Location: Close to the train station and within 10 min walking distance to the city ➖ Rooms are not really soundproof Room was a bit too small

If you don't mind to have a bar below, owned by the same hotel, very noisy that serve alcohol until 3 am. It is a party hotel, that is why all rooms smell tobacco. People were screaming all night. Also, the rooms are far from the pictures, as you can see. Next day when we left, there was a queue of people complaining for the exactly the same things. There is no way this isa 3 star hotel
