Important clarification so you understand that I have something to compare with regarding the Brooch hotel. Before the Brooch, we stayed at another hotel with the same price and breakfast options, plus it had a pool, sauna, and steam room. Room: dirty and worn out; it should not be rented out to guests in this condition. You can only walk on the carpet while wearing shoes. I was surprised to find that the walls were also dirty and partially peeling. The curtain falls down, but no one seems to care. The photos won't convey the terrible smell in the room coming from the bathroom. It smells musty and like rotten eggs; even with the air conditioning on and the balcony door open (and there’s no insect screen), the smell doesn’t go away. There are traces of dirt in the shower cabin that won’t wash off; you can't even step in here without shoes. Staying in such a room should cost much less! Photos attached. Breakfast: at the previous hotel, there was a wide selection of main dishes, but here they only offer sausages and eggs. By the way, when we arrived, the eggs had run out and they didn't replenish them for some reason, unlike other hotels. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo because I was very upset, but there was dirt on the lettuce leaves! We decided not to eat the breakfasts at this hotel. You’ll leave hungry and possibly having eaten dirt. Comfort: for a double room, they initially provided one small blanket, which didn’t even cover the entire bed. We asked for an extra blanket, and after some time, it was given to us. Please note that the bedding is all mismatched. Our blanket didn’t fit the duvet cover; it kept rolling off and was uncomfortable to sleep with. I also want to clarify that the blankets are stored in a wardrobe with a missing bottom shelf; they are just lying on the floor (photo with blue carpet). The towels are worn out with frayed threads. The sound insulation is poor. You can hear the neighbors upstairs and what’s happening in the hallway, especially doors opening and closing. We woke up several times during the night. The only positive aspect I can highlight is the friendly staff. Do not choose this hotel; it is not worth your money. My advice is to choose higher-price hotels in Georgia if you are used to cleanliness and comfort and care about your...

Brooch hotel made our trip and our wedding in Georgia an amazing one! This hotel was superb in terms of customer service and they do cater to the needs of their guests. We had our wedding in Georgia and the owner allowed us to have the photoshoot in their hotel without charging us extra payment. They were generous to lend us one room for photoshoot. We didn’t expect to have this in our wedding plan but they were really helpful to us. We felt like we are not different people from them. All throughout our stay, we felt comfortable as the cleanliness of our room is maintained everyday! Warm floors in the bathroom is a plus because we went in winter season and its very relaxing to have it! Very modern! Our first night was magical because the view in the balcony is like in the post cards! It’s an amazing view of Tbilisi! Overall, we will surely comeback to Georgia and stay only in this amazing hotel! The food in their restaurant is marvellous as well! Definitely recommended! 5 stars to all the staffs and to the owner Mr. Gaga, we really appreciate your help and your warm...

DO NOT visit this hotel!! When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the place was dirty and poorly maintained. Then, we had to wait about 15 minutes to get into our room. The room reeked of mold. The bathroom was disgusting, and that’s probably where the mold smell came from. The sheets and towels smelled terrible, and our stay there was awful. We informed them that we wanted the sheets, pillowcases, and towels changed, but they only changed them after we insisted. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the guests. Overall, this hotel needs a complete renovation and a change of staff. P.S. We had booked the room on the top floor, which is more expensive. When we entered, it was extremely hot, so we decided to change rooms. In the end, we were charged the same price, which, in my opinion, shouldn’t have happened.

The people were nice and attentive to our needs. They would deliver our requests right away. They greet you with a smile as soon as you enter the hotel. The hotel was atop the hill so it had a great view. Plus we were located at the top room. Although sadly we were not allowed to us the jacuzzi and terrace area since it’s still being renovated. The room is cleaned everyday. The hotel is located in prime area so other places of activities that you would like to try like the sulfur bath and freedom square are just walking distance away. Although, it can get really dark at night because of limited light posts in the streets and you need to gather energy when hiking up as the road is quite steep. Overall we had a great experience here.
