Looking at their photos, their rooms looked clean and new, however this hotel is undergoing transition to new management as per their guy receptionist, who we think was understandably tired due to night shift. Their rooms in 4th floor has molds and they never clean our rooms - we didn't have any option to do so since they didn't provide room service tags. Nonetheless, location wise, it's near city centre and walking distance to the sulfur baths, bridge of peace, and amazing restaurants. You just need to call them when you reach their place according to google maps. They also have this lovely lady who cooked delicious and fresh breakfast. But overall, If you ask me if I'll avail their service again? I guess not this time. They have to improve greatly on customer service (since their English speaker one couldn't handle customers requests properly) make sure to provide proper information and English speaking receptionist to avoid misunderstanding. I only took photos of the molds in their ceiling.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's location (The sulphur baths, narikala fortress, bridge of peace etc were just a few minutes of walk away). The hotel is very poorly maintained and managed. The ceilings were leaking in almost every room. The power went out in the morning and there was no electricity back up. We had to get dressed up in utter darkness for the day and the management was so nonchalant when we raised our concerns. The plumbing inside the bathrooms was in a pathetic condition. The toilet water leaked to the floor every time the commode is flushed. The bidet does not work properly and the shower was also leaky. The manager tried to get us to cancel the entire reservation and book new rooms at a much higher price when we asked for a change of one of the rooms due to ceiling leakage. Our card was already charged and he was just insisting that we need to book new ones if we wanted to change one room. I would never recommend this hotel even for my foes.

Not recommended to everyone, service is horrible We arrived there at night we're expecting atleast to have a proper rest since we're just arrived from the airport directly to that place,it was extremely hard to find the place.and the room was not clean properly dust everywhere and even the bedsheets we found it dirty with blood stain and full with hair,we asked to change them but the stuff just brought us in the kitchen in second floor and gave us the sheets and told us to change it by our self, this is the only hotel that we incountered that they let their guests to change bedsheets by ourselves even the communication was very poor we had to use the translator to understand what he was saying. Note: there was no housekeeping at all since we came there terrible experience for all the 2 nights we stayed there NOT RECOMMANDED FOR SUCH A historical place like this
