slow service,the food came out in different times. so one of us has already finished her meal while the others were still waiting for their food. we found a worm in iut salad,too. the waiter was surprised when we showed him thw worm but left without taking the salad and the worm from our table. later on another guy came who apologized and said that we can ask anything for free. he gave us a tiny portion of french fries and when we asked for a round of chacha as a compensation he said that bringing us uree chacha is not possible. lol. hey even forforget a part...

The location of Terrace 21 is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of the Old City near Abanotubani, with beautiful views that create a wonderful atmosphere. However, while the place looks promising online, the reality didn’t quite match expectations. The food was average at best, lacking the flavor and quality you'd expect from such a highly rated spot. Save your time & money and skip it. The staff is borderline rude. We entered when the restaurant was almost empty and ordered coffee and hot chocolate along with fries. The coffee took about 15 mins but the fries never came even after waiting for 45 mins. I finally asked for the cheque which they gladly gave, charging for fries. No apologies, no shame.
