Matiane Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

It is time for a true, authentic review. Don't stay in this hotel if you are a smart person and want to have a happy time in the beautiful Tbilisi. This hotel will ruin your whole experience here.

POOREST WIFI we have ever experienced at a hotel, even a Motel's wifi works better than this, we can not even use google search for at least 3-4 days during our stay, it basically didn't work at all.

Plus, the TRUE NIGHTMARE, at the forth day of our stay, since early afternoon until the night, our room's bathroom and toilet water stopped, so we couldn't even use the toilet and take a shower at that night, it is ridiculous, and unacceptable, and THE WORST THING is --- I asked the front desk that we need a new room tonight with a working bathroom, they said at first that "we don't have any spare room to provide you tonight, tomorrow morning there will be a technician fix this". Thank God that my husband knew that they were lying most likely, when he asked again and showed them that if your hotel really want a okay review from us in the end, you'd better check the system again and find the spare room --- then guess what, they "magically" said that: "sir, we do have 1 last spare room for tonight"..... LOL... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

An amazing property cradled on the hilltop with a panoramic view of Tbilisi overlooking the Holy Trinity ‎Cathedral. The Hotel is small, cozy, and bundled with modern facilities including an elevator and an open ‎rooftop with mesmerizing views.‎||||The Hotel is likewise complemented by friendly and courteous staff in Reception, Restaurant & Room ‎service. The Room is contemporary, decently sized, and boutique in every way including a large ‎bathroom with a refreshing shower. The breakfast was sumptuous with a great assortment including ‎delicious puffed pastries, hotdogs, & cold cuts. The restaurant staff was welcoming with a smile and took ‎reviews during the service. This hotel has a homey feeling to it. ||The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The wooden cravings on the furniture represent the Georgian culture, which I loved. || We enjoyed are stay at Matiane Boutique with the help of the staff. They were always eager to help and make our stay more pleasant. ||The hotel's location is perfect. It is near the hustle and bustle of the city, which makes it easy to walk and get there fast, but it is far enough to relax and take a break from the crowd and noise. ||The view from the terrace is breathtaking. You can see the mountains on the right and the houses covering it and on the left you can see the clouds, churches and the rest of the city. ||The breakfast is simple but it was fresh, clean and delicious. ||||I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Tbilisi.
