King Tamar Hotel — Hotel in Tbilisi

Everything was great till I was said that a small breakfast at 7:30 instead of 8:00 because I was checking out early wouldn't be possible. I stayed 2 nights and the night I checked in around 22:00 I asked for an early breakfast to take away. They said ok, a box can be prepared but please tell that to the colleagues the next day without specifying at what time. That's what I did around 18:00 the next day. But they said the cook left so they will check the next morning at 7:00. After checking it the next morning, I was denied the breakfast that was included in 2 days rate I paid through booking, because "the ingredients to make it will only be ready for 8:00" and not 7:30. Not even a coffee or sandwich proposed, it takes 5 minutes, no prior preparation needed.

In every hotel around the world that I've been to an early breakfast was possible, apparently Georgia or this hotel is an exception.

Except from that the hotel is very nice, probably do not take a rate with food included because probably that will be money thrown away.

Work on a better customer service please. I have a full day of travel and will arrive only at 21:00 at home, I wasn't even able to buy something before my shuttle because eveything is closed at 7:00. I would have made other...

I understand Kartuli style, but they are especially out of the global standards. For example, I was informed that breakfast costs 30, but the hotel charged 40 when I checked-out and told me they changed the price 5 days ago that I need to pay 40...so funny. And as you know the number of Georgian people is very small, they never stand on foreigners' side. Because all of them know each other already. (I love Georgia🇬🇪just being honest) During a taxi driver was scamming my old parents, they just watched.

Here are some highs and lows of our experience there:- Staff was able to communicate in Russian and English. - The room and lobby area were clean and kept in good order. - The room was small but nice. It was enough for us as we only stayed for one night. - The bed and pillows were notably comfortable. - Walking distance to the town area. - There was a very unsettling drain smell coming from the bathroom. - I also wished the bathroom shower was installed with a glass door.
