I would never ever come back to this establishment again, solely because of the behavior of one waiter and the owner. The waiter did not speak English clearly and messed up our order. We were a group of 4 and they brought 9 dishes for us, insisting this was our order! They also mixed up our drinks. After we told them this is not what we ordered, he refused and repeatedly pointed fingers and blamed us instead of accepting his fault and apologizing. Afterwards, the owner came and told us this is our fault and he wanted to force us to pay for the food we never ordered, telling us this is the first time this happens and we created a problem for them. They do not check orders with you. Take a quick look at the reviews and comments and you can see many people have problems with them mixing up orders and taking advantage of tourists, forcing them to pay! The food itself (Adana Kebab) was very dry but our meatball was good, the dishes and cutlery were not very clean. This is the first time in our entire experience and travels that we witnessed such behavior. The meatball was delicious and the female waitress was very polite and kind but the owner and the male waiter ruined the experience for us. We will never come back and do not recommend this place because of the poor service, lack of professionalism, and the behavior of the owner. If you do decide to eat here, make sure to double check your order before they go because you will definitely have problems...

The worst restaurant experience in my entire life.

First of all, we ordered SOUP ( it was the first thing that we ordered) and the rest in the pictures to follow. For the drinks, we were asked if we want some tea and we told the UNPROFESSIONAL WAITRESS we only need water. We are surprised that she is not taking notes neither she repeated our order.

Okay this is where the horrible service begins, shawarma served and grilled chicken too yet but the soup is still pending we are almost half way done with our food when we followed up. They said okay we will have it served. The dinner is almost over we are done with our food and NICELY asked to cancel the soup bec. its very late we are done eating. THE VERY RUDE FEMALE STAFF started shouting and making scene claiming that we didn't order it from the start🙄

She served the soup and insisted that it has to be paid in a very very RUDE WAY. We left the restaurant with NO DRINKS but paid everything in our bill.

not worth the money and as a tourist it is a negative -5 for me because of that staff who turns out to be the MANAGER of the place. She don't deserve to be in that position if she don't know the basic fundamentals of hospitality.

End up calling the owner. Hope he will do something about it as the other staffp seems to be better...

The only place in Georgia where the service was downright rude and racist. Ironically we were charged 15% service charge for the worst service after a week in the country. The hostess we got, (Mari) NEVER made eye contact with any of us until billing, got our order wrong, forgot dishes we'd ordered, yet charged us for them after the fact and insisted on billing us for all of that as "it's the kitchens fault and not hers". There was a distinct difference in how customers speaking Arabic or not were treated. We ended up having to talk to another host (Ali) who was a gem and insisted on making right on what he could so props to that, hence the 2 stars versus 0!

Outside of the service issues the kitchen managed to undercook two of our dishes and still deliver them over an hour after ordering. This seemed to be a recurring theme at ALL tables with dishes coming out after super long waits and food being hit or miss. Much better options with better value around the same...

We asked for beer but they say we don't have... We asked if we can buy from a supermarket nearby, and drink with meal, she said no! Because it's a Turkish restaurant.... It was so funny, because u can drink everywhere in turkey.... Anyway, that was they rul and we said ok.... But when we orders a Pepsi, she didn't bring a Glas or even s straw! When my friend asked for a Glas... She said '' what for? ". Are U kidding me?,😮😮😯😯😯. She said u and have a Glas if u want drink alcohol....!!!! Are u mad!!!!? What drink.... R U crazy!?!!! What do I mean!!!!!!! Have some illusions!? We have Pepsi and we want to drink it in a glass.... It's so simple... What kind of restaurant is it!!!! It's my 3th time traveling to Tbilisi... And I ever saw some one as RUDE as people in TbilisISstanbul!!!! And also... Pasta was cold and there was only one tissue paper on the table and it was dirty!!!! At last.... I think it is a big shame for Tbilisi old town!

Not recommended! The food was a huge disappointment! We ordered the mixed grill for 2 person, cacik (yogurt with cucumber) and Greek salad. The Greek salad had some weird cheese which is not feta and it was average. The cacik was average, the Yogurt was splitting. The mixed grill was definitely not for 2, more like for a 5 year old... It included 2 small pieces of lamb, 4 tiny pieces of grilled chicken breast, 4 pieces of bullet proof chicken nuggets (burned and tough), 3 pieces of kofta and French fries that was definitely cooked at least 5 times and hence was not edible, it was more like pebbles. We asked for garlic sauce and they didn't have it or didn't know what it was, we asked for humus they said they ran out.... Is this really a Turkish restaurant!?! This place should be banned from advertising themselves as a Turkish restaurant! Avoid this place.
