RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED OPERATION!
Arrived at 9:35pm and asked the rude lady at the front desk if they had any availability. She said a private room for 90 GEL at 10pm. 10GEL extra for a scrub & 10GEL for a shampoo. I agreed and abrasively she said "sit down" in the waiting room.
10pm came and went and I saw other groups that arrived after me be led to their rooms. The rude lady walked in and out of the waiting room numerous times and saw me waiting for my room. We made eye contact each time. Finally at 10:25pm, I had enough and went to check the status of the room. As I approached the rude lady, she said "What!?". And I asked where my room was because I indicated she told me 10pm. In Georgian she began muttering to herself and pointed to her useless brain indicating that she forgot about me. She then walked back to her desk and looked at her signup sheet and again started pointing at her head. I said "No room for me?" and she said "No". No apology or anything! I promptly walked out.
Based on previous reviews, this type of disorganization is commonplace at this establishment so beware that you may end up not...

We had made a reservation and paid a deposit, but when we arrived late and apologized, she informed us that the room was no longer available. We asked her to let us use the room we booked for the remaining duration of our time slot. For example, we arrived 30 minutes late, so we offered to use the room for just the remaining 30 minutes instead of the full hour. However, she said that she gave it to other people!!!!
she then offered us another room, only to demand that we pay the full amount again, claiming the deposit was forfeited.
When we asked for an explanation, she said it was because she waited for us for 15 minutes, and therefore, she deserved to keep the money. She was incredibly rude in her tone and behavior, almost as if she was ready to lash out. She yelled at us and made no effort to handle the situation politely.
Ultimately, we left and found another...
