Our stay at Elite Ermou Suites wasn't particularly horrible but not good either and I feel there are many things that need to be addressed. First of all, finding this hotel in a car was a complete disaster, not once in the instructions did they mention I would be looking for some weird hall/garage configuration to access the hotel. Obviously parking was going to be a problem given the location but having the hotel provide options for parking garages nearby PRIOR to arriving would’ve been helpful, not on the instruction sheet they leave inside the hotel after we already had to find parking on our own. When checking in you have to access several doors to arrive to ur hotel room which was good in a sense bc it provided that extra security but was also a hassle. We arrived at the time where reception was listed to be open and operating yet we checked in by ourselves. Not once did I see a staff member of this hotel in passing. As far as the room goes, it has a wonderful view of the Acropolis, the AC worked just fine, and it had modern sleek ambiance. Unfortunately, this room just felt not clean and the shower was DEFINITELY not clean, caked with grime and no shower door so water just spills outside. In the living room there was crumbs and dust on the coffee table, In the kitchenette the countertops clearly had not been wiped down and when I wanted to use the nespresso machine I realized the water reservoir was also very grimy. I happened to drop something underneath the bed and when I used my flashlight to retrieve it I saw how disgusting the floor was under the bed as if nobody had cleaned it in the past year. To me it seems like housekeeping is doing a quick change of sheets (hopefully) and sweep and calling it a day. These things really just turned me off and I would personally never stay here again, from the weird check in to the uncleanliness of the hotel I was dissatisfied.

Not Worth the 5-Star Rating We recently stayed at Elite Erimou Suites and were underwhelmed given its 5-star rating on Google. While there were a few positives, the overall experience did not live up to expectations. Pros: We arrived early in the morning, and although early check-in was initially denied, they did get us into the room by 11 AM (much earlier than the 3 PM check-in time). Late checkout at 11:30 AM was allowed so we could finish laundry. Free laundry pods and two Nespresso pods were provided. The room was very clean and spacious. If you look out the window and turn your head just right, there’s a partial view of the Acropolis. Location is excellent—very walkable to restaurants, shops, and major sights. We requested and received a second key, which was helpful. Cons: The air conditioning did not work at all. The room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout our entire stay. We tried opening the windows for relief, but the street noise made sleeping difficult. Initially, only one key was provided. Since the key powers the room (including the AC), this made it impossible to leave the AC or fans running when we stepped out. The building does not match the 5-star label. The exterior, entrance, and elevator area feel more like a run-down apartment complex. Only the 5th floor appears to be hotel rooms—the rest of the building is residential. In short, this is not a 5-star hotel experience. The room itself was nice and the location is great, but between the broken AC and the misleading presentation, I would not stay here again unless some serious improvements are made.

Very impressive apartment in the center of Athens just in the middle of Ermou street. Everything inside the apartment was very new and clean. Check in and service were excellent, even the manager came down to pick me up and show me how everything worked with the key and codes. Inside the fridge there were toats, water, fruits, butter and jam for breakfast. The view of Akropolis was stonish from the big window of the kitchen/living room where I have my dinner looking at the illuminated Akropolis. Price was excellent for a 2bedroom apartment. For sure I will try to book again there, as I have visited many times Athens and it is the first time I was absolutely surprised by the quality and price.

Very well located next to the metro, restaurants and tourist attractions. The view from our room was fantastic, we actually sat in the dark looking out of the window a couple of evenings. The morning and evening views of the parthenon are spectacular and on their own would be enough to recommend staying here.||When we arrived the host was very helpful, there was fruit, bread and jam for our breakfast as well as coffee (filter and Nespresso). We were also given some excellent recommendations for restaurants, how to avoid queues and where to visit. Finally, as we left we forgot a phone charger and they ran down the road and found us to make sure we didn’t lose it. We feel that they treated us very well.||The apartment was well appointed, spacious and funky. It was very nice to spend time there although given its location we used it to shower change and head out again. It’s central location makes it perfect for the sights, bars and restaurants. The bathroom was excellent and the large shower-head was perfect after a sticky day.||Overall I have to say this was great value and well located. Although there was no cleaning service, the room was spacious and the view...
