Al llegar a mediados de septiembre, nos avisaron de que en junio habían cometido un error y nos tenían que ubicar en otro de sus alojamientos. El alojamiento en el que nos ubicaron no tenía nada que ver con lo contratado, hasta las sábanas estaban sucias y le tuve que pedir que las cambiara. A pesar de que protestamos por no avisarnos de este cambio, sabiéndolo ellos desde junio, y mostramos nuestro disgusto y disconformidad, no tuvimos más opción que pasar la primera de nuestras 3 noches en ese antro. La encargada del establecimiento se empeñaba en que las condiciones y la calidad del alojamiento era la misma. Adjunto fotos del sitio en el que nos metieron para que juzguéis por vosotros mismos. Por supuesto, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Uma experiência 5*! Localizada bem no centro, facilmente chegamos à zona dos restaurantes e do Porto de chania. Funcionários muito prestaveis e simpáticos. O alojamento é todo renovado e muito moderno e com muita limpeza. Tínhamos a disposição no primeiro dia, de um croissant de chocolate e café ☕ O único problema é ser bastante difícil de encontrar estacionamento para quem se desloca de carro. Recomendo a visita, obrigado pela experiência.

Chania offre un’infinità di alloggi meravigliosi e questo non fa eccezione. Queste stanze, ampie, moderne, graziose in un bell’edificio sapientemente ristrutturato hanno un rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile! La posizione, centrale, ma non troppo, consente di parcheggiare l’auto vicino. Nei pressi, come ovunque in centro a Chania, si trovano ristoranti, bar, localini, ecc Ah, e per finire, ha anche una graziosa terrazza nel rooftop

As we arrived, the owner told us that we will get a different room for the first night, because the guests, which stayed in our booked room want to extend their stay! Our room was booked and confirmed. The room we get was such a downgrade. Tiny bathroom, no proper shower, bad beds. There was no sorry from the owner, we just get told, that the City is nice and we can walk around, go shoopping and have good food. Our further complains get ignored and only a small compensation...

Very good experience, the owner welcomed us late at night and was very friendly. The room are huge, very nice and super clean. You’ll find water, coffee and even an iron😃. The hotel is very well situated next to everything 🥳. And for very reasonable price.Thanks again Madam for your kindness and for sure if we come back we will choose your place to spend...
