A beautiful stay in one of the best locations in Oia, this place has all the charm and views you dream about when visiting Santorini.

Location (5/5): You can’t beat it, right beside the iconic three blue domes, with postcard-worthy views straight from your balcony. Watching the sun hit the caldera from there is something special.

Rooms (4.5/5): Clean, well-kept, and comfortable, with that authentic Santorini cave-style charm. A few small issues: the shower isn’t a fixed head (you have to hold it), the bath plug didn’t work properly, and the minibar wasn’t fully stocked. The TV also had no channels (a HDMI cable would go a long way for those who like to unwind with a show at night). But honestly, with those views, who needs TV?

Service (5/5): Eva, the manager, was fantastic… friendly, accommodating and genuinely eager to help. She went above and beyond, even organising a catamaran tour for us, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Atmosphere (5/5): Quiet, elegant, and luxurious without feeling pretentious. It’s the kind of place you instantly feel relaxed in.

Overall: A beautiful villa stay with unbeatable views, great service, and authentic charm. A few small quirks keep it from a perfect score, but it’s still one of the best luxury stays you can have in Oia.

We stayed in your private villa, and while the check-in service was good and the room was spacious with its own pool, we had a few concerns with the staff.

Eva was very nice and accommodating. And the place is great.

Additionally, the staff member who carried our luggage acted rudely. He became upset because I was taking a video, assuming that I was filming him, when in fact I was simply recording myself. In a tourist destination, it is normal for guests to take videos and photos and staff should be trained to handle such situations professionally.

As guests, we expect comfort and convenience not to feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced due to staff behavior. I hope you can provide better training to ensure future guests are treated with respect and...

Our stay at Armeni Luxury Villas was unforgettable! Eva was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and always available with thoughtful recommendations. We also had wonderful help getting our luggage from the taxi to our room (I wish I remembered his name—he was such a lifesaver!). The cleaning staff kept everything spotless, and their care did not go unnoticed.

The room itself was perfection—an excellent view, a dreamy layout, a private hot tub, and a balcony that felt like pure luxury. Waking up to breakfast in the room with that view was everything we needed, especially as Santorini was our last stop on our holiday.
