Amina Inn Hotel — Hotel in Flores

If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, DO IT!!! I had two nights here and I felt at home in every way! Josef picked me up and dropped me off to/from the airport. He was on time both times! He was so kind and sweet. He gave me excellent directions for the tour bus to Tikal. The receptionist, Katarina was the most exceptional person to welcome me! She always had a smile! She was so kind and made sure if I needed ANYTHING, she was there. I needed a beach towel but I couldn’t buy one because I had no space in my suitcase, so she let me borrow one for the day. The room was so clean! The AC was great and much appreciated!! I got to watch some TV in the evenings, as they have a smart Tv with streaming apps. Dwie sytuacje, które nie do końca spodobały się nam to właściciel, który dziwnie żartował oraz dotykał moją narzeczoną podczas rozmowy. Oprócz tego, sytuacja która miała miejsce z naszym pokojem. Po przyjeździe, poinformował nas właściciel, że otrzymaliśmy na nasz pobyt dwudniowy lepszy pokój, bo w naszym jest remont. Po wejściu do pokoju, rozpakowaliśmy się i poszyliśmy spać, by następnego dnia, z samego rana pojechać do Tikal. Kiedy wróciliśmy, koło 16 dostaliśmy informację, że musimy zmienić pokój, bo ktoś dzisiaj zarezerwował akurat ten pokój - a to się nie robi tak, że jeśli dajesz komuś lepszy pokój, to usuwasz go z możliwości rezerwacji na ten czas? Stwierdziliśmy no dobra, nie będę robił dramatu, po czym właściciel mówi, że „nie ruszali naszych rzeczy, ale musieli trochę odświeżyć pokój”. Po czym wchodzimy do pokoju, a tam jednak poprzestawiane, poukładane rzeczy. Bardzo nie lubię, kiedy ktoś, szczególnie obcy dotyka moich rzeczy, bez mojej zgody i wiedzy. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne zachowanie… EDIT. po mojej opinii na temat pobytu, dostałem prywatne wiadomości od osoby, która pracuje w obiekcie. Wiadomości były obraźliwe oraz przedstawiały rzeczy, które by ta osoba mi zrobiła jak by mnie spotkała ;) Trochę śmieszne, trochę żenujące oraz bardzo nieprofesjonalne. Nie wiedziałem, że opcja napisania opinii na bookingu jest tylko dla...

Hotel was very well located Service was very friendly and helpful, of both the owner and staff Beds and room were comfy Hotel can help you set up your trip to Tikal and to Belize for a great price & offers excellent advice. We would stay again!
