Putra Bisma Guesthouse — Hotel in Pulau Bali

This was the worst guesthouse on my travels yet. It wasn't cleaned well bit with that i can deal, as we mentioned it, they cleaned the bathroom again. the toilet looked still disgusting as it was old or whatever, i dont know why. The worst was the breakfast, as we got fruits which had mould on it (it was very obiouse). they should have noticed that for sure and the milk bad with a souer taste. Of course the staff apologized but we didnt want to stay any minute longer after that. we cancelled the rest of breakfast and the second night. there are many better placed in ubud on the same pricelevel. cannot recommend this...

Main issue: When viewing the Guesthouse on Agoda it shows a pool. Also, lists a pool as an amenity. But the place does not have a pool. Agoda is showing several different pictures of the place. With that said, for the semi budget traveler the place was very good, although no hot water in the shower. But everything else was as expected for the price range. Scooter...

I have no idea why this place has such a low score on Google? Our room is beautiful and practically right in a stunning garden. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the smiling staff gave us cold water when we checked in. We just had breakfast now and it was the best included breakfast we've had in Ubud.
