Costanzos was a life saver!!! My fiancé and I were on a day trip to Capri, coming from Amalfi. When we arrived in Capri my fiancé wasn’t feeling well and she needed to get into an air conditioned room as soon as possible. Within minutes of searching online I came across Villa La Zagara and got in contact with Costanzos. He was quick to answer questions and allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. The next day we had to leave Villa La Zagara because all the rooms were booked that day but Costanzos immediately found us another place and even transported us there. Additionally, he transported me down to the town center so I could buy a phone charger. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo bed and breakfast a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Piazzetta di Capri, attratti dal prezzo davvero competitivo. Bene, nel giro di nemmeno 24 ore abbiamo potuto apprezzare una disponibilità e una gentilezza fuori dal comune, e in particolare: -chi si occupa dell'accoglienza é venuto personalmente a prenderci in Piazzetta -abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito nella più bella stanza con magnifica vista mare -avendo dimenticato un caricabatterie da muro, la proprietà si e' resa disponibile per rispedircela a casa senza spese oltre quelle postali In più il posto è molto gradevole, pulito, senza difetti significativi, pur essendo un po' datato.
