AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS – THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT’S A HOSTILE, UNSAFE SCAM.
This so-called “hotel” is a complete disgrace and should be SHUT DOWN immediately. It’s not even a real hotel – just a filthy, run-down place with three shabby rooms on the third floor of an ancient building. The elevator is so tiny and suffocating it’s almost unusable, even with a small suitcase.
When I arrived, I had to wait outside for ages – no one bothered to answer the door. That was just the beginning of a nightmare. At the so-called reception was a rude, creepy man who instantly started intimidating me. His first words were that he was doing me a favor by giving me a towel, and that towels are not normally provided every day. I was shocked – especially given the money I had paid. Basic amenities like towels are STANDARD in any hotel. But this man tried to assert control by acting like I should be grateful for bare minimum service. He kept repeating that he was doing me a favor and expected me to thank him like I owed him something.
When I rightly challenged him on this absurd attitude, he turned aggressive and told me to go elsewhere, saying my booking was actually at a different “partner hotel” down the road where there was NO staff. So why did they ask me to come here in the first place? Again, he said he was doing me a favor by “letting me stay” where there’s staff to clean the room. The entire conversation was a calculated attempt to belittle and dominate me.
The more he saw I wasn’t buying into his bullying, the more hostile he became. He eventually told me I was rude and demanded I leave – even though I had paid in full. I refused to back down and insisted on a refund immediately, telling him to call Booking.com in front of me. He continued to harass and threaten me until I made it absolutely clear that I wasn’t scared, and that I’d book a proper five-star hotel on the spot and take action to get my money back.
Suddenly, his tone flipped – now he wanted me as a customer. Of course he did – because he realized I wasn’t someone he could push around. But the damage was done. To make it worse, a vile staff member named Cecilia showed up and falsely accused ME of shouting at the manager – when it was clearly the other way around.
This place is an absolute danger to any traveler – especially solo female travelers like myself. I felt completely unsafe and deeply stressed by the whole experience. This man kept obsessively repeating the word “towels” like it was some kind of power play – when all I wanted was to check in and rest after a long flight. The harassment was relentless and disgusting.
Luckily, I pushed back hard enough to get my booking cancelled and my money returned – Booking.com had thankfully not paid them yet. I then booked a fantastic hotel near the train station, where I finally felt safe.
This is not a hotel – it’s a filthy, empty, unsafe hostel run by harassers. The reviews giving this place five stars are either fake or by people who’ve been lucky enough not to be treated the way I was. I urge Booking.com and Google to investigate and delist this place immediately. It is dangerous, predatory, and unfit for any guest.

Read moreUnfortunately, this property was in very poor condition. I arrived at 11 PM with my 21-month-old baby and had no other option but to stay the first night. We left the second night because I couldn’t sleep knowing how unsanitary the unit was when we arrived.
I spoke with a manager, and while she tried her best to address the issues, I was genuinely traumatized by the condition of the unit and could not bring myself to stay another night.
The sheets were covered in tiny hairs, and the nightstands were dusty and had more hair on them. The floors were sticky and clearly had not been mopped. The TV remote was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned.
The pillow covers had visible hair, and the pillows themselves were stained yellow—most likely from saliva—showing they hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in a long time. I had to sleep fully clothed and felt genuinely nauseated. I even placed my sweater over the pillow just to avoid touching it.
The baby crib provided had no mattress—just a hard board—which caused my child to bump his head while lying down. Additionally, when the bed was moved to make space for the crib, a large amount of dust came out from underneath, clearly showing the unit hadn't been properly cleaned.
The air conditioner filters were dirty, and the AC only worked for a few minutes at a time. Since the shower was located right next to the bed and lacked proper ventilation, the humidity made the unit feel even more uncomfortable and likely contributed to the AC malfunctioning.
The TV was very outdated and did not support Netflix or any modern streaming options.
On top of all this, access to the property was extremely difficult. There were numerous stairs and steps to reach the unit, which made it especially challenging while carrying a baby and luggage. Although the listing mentions a lift, it is a handicap lift that was not operational during our stay.
Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility of this property were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially families with small children or anyone with...
Read moreThe place is very hard to find as it is a building inside of another building. I wish I could give this place 0 star instead of 1 for rude customer service and how things went down.
We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 1 night because we arrived too late to check in. If you plan on checking in after 7PM, you will be stuck outside with no place to stay although on their website it says if coming after 7PM to check in online. Well, that’s not true. They claimed I put in the wrong cell phone # which was why they couldn’t contact me and thought it was a fake booking. Now why would someone pay for 2 nights if it was fake. Also, they could have emailed me especially when I emailed them months back regarding parking that I got no reply back on.
When we did get our room the 2nd night, it looks nothing like the pictures. Probably the worst hotel/air b&b experience, simply because of how rude they were on the phone and how incompetent they were.
The only positive thing was the nice cleaning lady. She...
