The bad: The breakfast is terrible "worst food I had on italy" and it is very limited. Once the milk or bread is finish they do not replenish it, the orange juice is not natural.
The hotel doors close at random times and you can not go in or out of the hotel. We missed our train to Pisa because no one was at the front desk to open the doors and has to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive. They did not offer us any help because of that and in the end they even charged us more because of tourist fees.
The bed in the room is very rigid and so it is otherwise possible legal to sleep well. The room is missing some more light as it is always very dark. The air-condition does not worked at all and the Omaha was steamy hot the whole day and night.

Great location, walking distance to most sites, all if you don't mind a good walk to the Vatican. Hotel itself was ok, clean and tidy. It is nothing special but for the price and location was everything we needed. If you aren't able to walk up stairs this place would not be suitable for you as there are stairs to get to the small reception area. Breakfast was included, it is italian/continental, served on the roof terrace which is nice. Minor issue, our safe didn't work and we mentioned this to one of the staff, she said she would take a look when we got back. When we got back she had left and nobody else seemed to know about it. We did like this place because it was close to an amazing irish/sports bar but the hotel itself wasn't in a great condition at the time with on going building work (July 2017). The tv almost had to be programmed in every time you turned it on which was very annoying. The rooftop breakfast bar was very nice though and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
