The Peak Shinsaibashi — Hotel in Osaka

The location is perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to the vibrant Shinsaibashi Street, where we enjoyed shopping and dining. The only difficult part is the during the day of our arrival and departure since we have a lot of luggages to carry but other than that, location is ideal for us. Additionally, having a convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials.The space was more than adequate for our family. The room layout was thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable and practical, especially with a young child. We appreciated the range of facilities provided, including a cooker, utensils, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and home-like.However, I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the comfort of future guests. The bed could use an upgrade, as we could feel the springs, which affected our sleep quality. Overall really happy with our stay here: The apartment we booked for 2 people was very spacious compared to other Japanese accommodation we have stayed in. It had one double bed, a single bed, small kitchen with big table and chairs, separate toilet and showers Comfortable (soft) beds Spotlessly clean Decent wifi Powerful heater / air-conditioning and constant hot water Good location for us - short walk to metro stations, some restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep

The only minor inconveniences were: Self-service: No staff on site to answer questions and no cleaning during stay No luggage storage Over-complicated check in and check out system. You get sent a code for the front door and a code to use to check in on the iPad which then generates a code to open the key box (!). มองหาห้องพักแบบครอบครัวที่มีขนาดห้องไม่เล็กเรตติ้งดีราคาไม่แรงแล้วมาเจอที่นี่ ผมจะมาบอกว่าตรงปกไหมอย่างไรกัน

ก่อนอื่นเลยคือเข้าใจว่าที่พักไม่ห่างกับย่านที่คนพลุพล่านหรือรถไฟฟ้ามากนัก แต่ไม่ใช่อย่างที่คิด ไม่ว่าจะมาจาก Dotonbori ป้ายกูลิโกะ หรือตลาด Kuromon เดินมาที่พักกิโลกว่า จะขึ้นรถไฟฟ้าก็หนึ่งสถานีค่ารถไฟเหยียบ 200 เยน ออกมาเดินอีก 600-800 เมตรอยู่ดี ยิ่งมาตอน Check In-Out ที่แบกกระเป๋าหนักๆมาด้วยนี่ลากเลือดมาก กว่าจะเดินถึงถนนใหญ่เลี้ยวไปหารถไฟฟ้าอีก แทบตาย

มาถึงห้องพักกันบ้าง ห้องพักตรงปกเลยครับ ขนาดห้องไม่เล็กเลย เข้าไปจะมีโต๊ะกินข้าว เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว ยาว 1 ตัว มีซิงค์ล้างจาน มีแก้วน้ำ กาน้ำร้อนให้ แจ๋วไปกว่านั้นมีเครื่องดูดฝุ่น มีเครื่องซักผ้าพร้อมผงซักฟอก และมีเตารีดพร้อมโต๊ะรีดผ้าให้ครบ เลิศมาก (ชอบตรงมีเตารีดให้ ฉันไม่ต้องใส่เสื้อยับๆแล้ว 😁)

ห้องน้ำแยกห้องอาบน้ำและห้องน้ำจากกัน ห้องอาบน้ำถึงจะเล็กแต่ชอบนะ น้ำแรงโคตรๆ และมีเก้าอี้ให้นั่งด้วย อ่างล่างหน้ามีชั้นวางของดี มีไดร์เป่าผม แปรงสีฟันให้ มีเท่านี้อย่างอื่นไม่มีอะไรให้

เตียงนอน มี Queen Size และ เตียงเดี่ยวให้ ที่นอนนุ่มมาก นุ่มเกินไป มันนุ่มเกิ๊นนนนนน คือส่วนตัวไม่ชอบมันนุ่มจนยวบ นอนตื่นบ่อยมาก (ปกติจะเจอแต่แข็งไป นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เจอนุ่มเกินไป 😅) ส่วนแอร์ชนะเลิศ เย็นฉ่ำจนหนาวเหน็บเลย ผ้าห่มดีแต่หมอนแย่ ใบเล็กมากและแบนต่ำมาก มีให้แค่ 3 ใบเท่านั้น ตัวห้องไม่น่าจะเก็บเสียงได้ดีนัก ถ้าคุณเจอข้างห้องหรือชั้นบนห้องคุณเสียงดังน่าจะได้ยินอยู่ (โชคดีวันที่พักในตึกแทบไม่มีคนพัก) ตัวตึกจะมี 10 ชั้น ชั้นละ 2 ห้องเท่านั้น

การเช็คอินเข้าพัก นี่เป็นอีกเรื่องที่อาจจะยากไปหน่อย ต้องอาศัยไหวพริบส่วนตัวพอสมควรหากคุณไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์เช็คอินด้วยตนเอง คุณต้องเช็ครายละเอียดจากอีเมลที่เขาส่งให้มาดีๆ จะมีพาสเวิร์ดผ่านประตูแรกเข้ามา แล้วจะเจอแท็บเล็ตเพื่อลงทะเบียนอีกครั้ง ต้องใส่พาสเวิร์ดที่ได้มาอีกอันนึงแล้วจึงลงทะเบียนโดยการเอา Passport มาถ่ายรูป(ทุกคนที่พัก) คุณจึงจะได้พาสเวิร์ดเพื่อปลดล็อคล็อคเกอร์เล็กๆข้างหน้าคุณเพื่อการเอากุญแจห้องอีกที (ต้องปลดล็อคตามห้องพักที่เราจะได้พัก เช่นห้องพักคุณ 8A คุณก็เอาพาสเวิร์ดไปใส่ที่ล็อคเกอร์ 8A ได้เท่านั้น) อธิบายให้ละเอียดแล้วนะ งงไหมล่ะ 😅 (หากคุณไม่สามารถทำได้ ให้คุณแอดไลน์หรืออื่นๆเพื่อสอบถามหรือขอความช่วยเหลือจากเจ้าหน้าที่โดยจะมีแปะไว้หน้าประตูครับ)

ข้อดีคือตัวตึกมีลิฟท์ให้ และมีล็อคเกอร์รับฝากของหน้าตัวตึกด้วย

สรุป ที่พักที่นี่มีทั้งข้อดีข้อเสียตามที่ว่าไป ลองเอาไปพิจารณากันดูครับ ส่วนตัวพักที่นี่ 3 คืน ลำบากกับการเดินมาที่พักมาก หากคุณอยากสบายและเงินเหลือๆเรียก Taxi เลยครับ ผมเคยเรียกจากแถวๆ Dotonbori ตอนเกือบๆ 4 ทุ่มถึงที่พักก็...
