My group of 3 Guests stayed here for a 5-night trip in early June. Overall this hotel is very good and worth the money but to be more clear I’ll detail it as below
Pros: The big room comes with windows comfortable for group travelers with big luggage, a Usable stove, and other kitchen utensils that make every take-home meal easier, separate toilet and bathroom with a standard bath, Smart TV, Proper size bed, eating table, Good quality amenity kit, stable and fast wifi signal
Cons: Only 1 laundry machine and dryer(2in1 machine) for the whole unit...when I want to use it error so bye-bye laundry🥲, this hotel is only run by a system that is helpful, good, and quite fast for checking in and checking out but in terms of services during the staying period is not satisfied somehow as the service doesn’t immediately come when you need (also, it’s a little bit upset to have advice via chat and solve the problem by yourself although you paid for a hotel at this...
Read moreMy husband and I travelled with our 10M baby for 3 weeks in Japan. This was the most disappointing hotel experience - the most expensive reservation with the least amount of customer service and space in the room. The room was very small. We could not set up a high chair or a baby cot so we had to cosleep. They did not offer house keeping during your entire stay (unless you pay 6,000 yen as an adder). No one picked up garbage we left at the door or provided additional towels/garbage bags throughout the entire stay. There was a complete lack of customer service. Any time you interacted with staff, it was responded via AI(check ins, inquiries regarding the hotel etc.). Considering that there are so many cost savings from the hotel, I honestly was expecting a lot more in the physical amenity. We much preferred the other hotel we stayed in in Tokyo (which had ensuite laundry free of charge and staff onsite to answer questions). Will not return and do...
Read moreAdequate but not a four star hotel, more like a very nice hostel with individual rooms. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, and the room was spacious (for Tokyo) and nicely appointed. However, there are no staff on site, meaning nobody available to solve urgent issues unless you have a SIM that can call local numbers - they were however quite fast to respond via email. There was no safe in the room (!) and no way of having an iron and ironing board brought to the room - guests have to take things to a shared laundry facility like in a hostel - no housekeeping unless you request it for an additional fee, and the room was quite dusty. We were lucky to be on a higher floor but I can imagine that the rooms on the lower floors were noisy as the place is right on a busy nightlife street. Convenient and mostly pleasant, but just manage your...
