This is a tiny, amazing coffee roaster and absolutely worth a stop!

If you're looking for a truly intense, delicious coffee experience, this is it. There are rows of packets of unroasted beans to choose from. You can see the location, flavor profile and much more information of each one and choose the bean you'd like. They'll then roast that handful of beans to your specifications and brew it for you. It doesn't get any more "fresh roast" than this, folks!

You can also get more traditional cups of pre-roasted beans, if you haven't caffeinated yet and just can't make a decision.

The seating area is small, so you won't be hanging out here to write your novel, but the atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a cup of wonderful coffee. The smells and dark wood all add to the tasting experience.

One of the coolest coffee spots you’re gonna find. We stumbled upon it after getting coffee down the road beforehand and came back the next day to try it. First off it smells incredible. The staff are super friendly. They have lots of kinds of micro roasted beans so you can find beans no matter your taste. Also if you buy beans you get a free cup of coffee to take away (which is incredible drip coffee). Their ice coffee is probably the best I’ve ever had and I’m a coffee fiend from Seattle. They also had coffee soft serve ice cream that sounded amazing. I didn’t get it because it was 10AM but honestly I’m a little regretful now. Oh! They also sell awesome hemp coffee sacks for… 200yen. As we were walking to the train station after lunch, following Google Maps, we were suddenly captivated by the most amazing roasted aroma. It was so strong, rich, and enticing that we couldn’t resist. We had no idea what it was or where it was coming from, but we followed the trail of the smell—and it led us to this incredible coffee shop.

Oh my gosh, their coffee beans are exceptional! The smoky, deep aroma is unforgettable, offering a truly sensory delight. Every sip of coffee was a treat for both the nose and palate.

The coffee jelly was another highlight—so unique and absolutely delicious! It’s both intriguing and satisfying. The tiramisu was also expertly crafted, a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
