The wait is about 25 minutes to get in when there are 5 groups ahead of you. When I left, there were 9 groups waiting to get in so the wait then would've been almost an hour I assume. There is no guarantee of getting a window seat once you're in. If you can get a window seat, it's not possible to get a photo of the view without a strong reflection from the glass since there is a large gap between the bar tables and the glass. The staff are quite rude. When I asked how long the wait is they responded in a very rude manner and did not answer. Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming here. There's better things to do with your time.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, the place is falling apart. The carpet is faded and there's exposed electrical wires in the bathroom.
If you want a decent photo of the view, go to the bathroom in the lobby opposite the Sky Room instead. Be careful of the...

For Asahi’s flagship brewery headquarters, this venue feels like a huge missed opportunity. After a long wait, you’re led into a small, underwhelming room with a decent skyline view, but unfortunately, seating is limited, and obstructive poles block much of the view, making it far from the premium experience you’d expect.
The biggest letdown? No tasting flights and no effort to educate visitors about Asahi or its beers. This is essentially just a basic bar, with none of the storytelling, history, or immersive experience you’d hope for at a major brewery venue.
The space itself feels dated, and to top it off, the toilets were quite dirty, which added to the overall disappointment. If you’re looking for a true brewery experience, skip this and head to Yebisu instead, where they actually deliver on...

The coldest beer of my life. Period. 🍺❄️
It was a blazing hot Tokyo day — the kind of heat that melts your soul — when I somehow found the Asahi Sky Room. You walk into what looks like a corporate office (seriously, you think you’re lost), take the elevator to the top, and suddenly… bam. Rooftop bar. Epic Tokyo skyline. Zero tourists.
Then comes the beer. Ice-cold. Crisp. So cold it probably has its own weather system. You take one sip and instantly forgive Tokyo for being 100 degrees.
It’s like a speakeasy in the sky — hidden, stylish, and gloriously random. Go around 5 p.m., grab a seat by the window, and let that Asahi Super Dry change your mood, your day, and maybe your entire relationship with beer.
Tokyo has temples, sushi, neon lights — but trust me, this one’s...
