No cashier. Menu is tacked on the wall with a ticket dispenser. If you can't read Japanese, you need to ask how to select your ramen. I ordered the "chashu ramen." Wow, there were so many bits of soft pork fat in the soup with lard floating on the top. The soup didn't have much taste, so the print on the wall said to add "tare" (sauce) and sesame oil which I did, but the pork fat overwhelmed the overall taste. So, I added garlic, white pepper & crushed white sesame seeds hoping for a better taste, but not much improvement. I will NEVER eat here again for ramen full of pork fat, lard and fatty "chashu"...

I came here by chance with my friends 8 years ago (2016). I recently stopped by again on a long layover and found that it was exactly as I had remembered! I was glad to have gone out of my way to find it! The restaurant changed slightly, now sporting some social distancing features, but the ordering machine and general ambience remained the same! Furthermore the ramen remained exceptionally consistent and delicious!

On the other hand the pork was so tender and you don’t actually realize there are so much fat in the soup as you would normally do.
