Dysnos Avenue Apartments — Hotel in Vilnius

We left after 5 minutes to another place. The apartment was dirty (floor was dusty, chairs and curtains were covered in stains). Mold in a bathroom and dirty toilet. Bed sheets and towels were dirty, the mattress smelled awful. After arriving, we decided not to ruin our holiday and move to another place. I cancelled reservation on Booking and made reservation at another place. Fun fact about communication with owner: after I wrote bad review on Booking, he started lying that I never was in his apartment, that I wanted to cancel booking for free but they refused and that’s why I made this story. But how can it be true if I have photos of this place? Think twice before book this place and better spend extra 20 EUR and book much...

“Appartments” for 3 with one double bed and one sofa (1,60 length for 1,95 person). No linen or towels for third person. Tragic communication. First asking to move out, then promising compensation, for not giving a bad review. After moving out (1 day earlier before the end of the booking) - messaged us - that they see no need for any kind of compensation. If you need to ruin your time in Lithuania - please always stay here ❤️

Scraping in at a 3 here, personally I wouldn't stay again there. The photos of the actual place differ and it is on a high street with no aircon in a busy area where leaving the window open is not an option, next to a cigar shop that bleeds into the place. The room itself in its defense was nice and clean and the bathroom good, and in its defense we were mullered for most of the time so it suited us being so close...
