Lady staff welcome you with smile. Male staff will keep quiet and tried to avoid eye contact everytime we passby the reception. Comfortable bed, with one very flat and soft pillow. Can request additional pillow with charges. TV only have one local Malay Channel Provide you WiFi password with no connection. So prepare with no TV and no WiFi for the night. Toilet still got VERY DARK yellow urine stain Lots of electric socket more than enough to charge all your electrical item Location very good. Same block have lots of restaurant, 7-11, laundry shop. Walking distance to mall, night market and Sunday market. The air-con quite noisy which sound just like heavy rain. Have lift. Some hotel around that area doesn't have one.

Same rate can get a better hotel. So will recommend to avoid this in the future. 2 star for the cool aircon, spacious room and comfortable bed if that is what you need without TV and WiFi. Can't give more than that also because of the disgusting...

The worst hotel ever i stay! Aircon not cold , no tissue provide in the room ! Call to reception Ask for changing room. Booked the wrong date by accident. Realised it within 2 hours. Tried to correct it — just shift it to one day later — but the hotel said a HARD NO! Not because it was hard, but because their sacred “policy” mattered more than basic human decency. Asked to speak with the manager, the person refused to even come to the phone. Hiding behind staff and rules like a true professional in heartlessness. I paid RM156 — a small amount, but apparently worth more to them than doing the right thing. So go ahead, take that RM156.
