Their unique selling point is price - the Top Seller strawberry milkshake is only RM5 (small size only) and ice cream cone RM 1.99 - so don't expect too much in terms of service or taste.

Went on Sunday after lunch, short queue and was served quite quickly by the staff who were clearly trying their best to be quick. There's very limited seating in the shop - 4 seats and 2 small tables which are more for you to sit while you wait instead of sitting to drink.

Ordered strawberry milkshake and ice cream cone. Both not bad for the price, but quite ordinary tasting and can taste that they are not premium ingredients by any means. But good on a hot day! Before coming I read a lot of people complaining that it's too sweet but I felt both items were ok, not that sweet.

15/7/2023 I was served by a girl with black hat at night. She is rude as a cashier, she says nothing even when I said my order she didn’t even wanted to respond me, not even an ‘ok’. She looks like a refugee and she ain’t doing her job well. I ordered a cheese black tea end up watching her put a lot of ice and water to my drink and the cheese was so little that I can’t finish it with one sip. I enjoyed the drink in Mixue but quality has to be maintained and not ruined by someone who is not ready to work. In my last visit, a young guy served me cheese oolong tea with satisfying amount of cheese topping and comparing it with today’s drink, it is such a disaster. I hope Mixue could filter more on...

New staff Aril , the Malay boy is so friendly and approachable. Been visiting this premise for the last one year but only today I felt properly welcomed. Normally the Myanmar staffs would be at the counter but sorry to say, they need a lot of training on how to greet and approach customers. They always look unhappy and not keen to serve customers. In fact several times they stopped taking orders by 8.45pm saying they were closed. Aril on the other hand did an excellent job serving me.
