Bad experiences. Hotel located above Fahrenheit shopping mall. Car park available for guest with normal rate.
We got spacious room. Good impression. But after you sit on the bed, you will miss your own bed at home. Bed hard as a rock (almost). Please don't jump onto bed if you're staying here.
The room looks old but it's ok for me as long as it's clean and comfortable. Everything else just fine except tv only have few channels available, no wifi and you can see mold in lamps..yuckk.
There is swimming pool available if you want to swim. There's also a gym just beside the pool.
BAD EXPERIENCE!
Just before checkout we realised that my wife items (makeup set & accessories) placed on desk was missing after cleaner entered the room. Management responded to us but was really dissappointed. They didn't care less about the issue.
This is THIEVING act from hotel staff and this is not a small issue. Our belongings should be safe in the room and hotel staff should do their job with HONESTY!
There's many reviews about this hotel. You can compare and read all of them to get full view of situations you will get later.

Read moreYou know when your distant aunt reluctantly agrees to let you stay but you know you are an unwanted guest? This property is passive-aggressive like that. The linens are clean, but the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi as advertised, the bathroom window is propped open to keep out the pervading musty smell, and there is no telephone in the room which precludes you from asking for anything unless you choose to travel down many floors. The front staff have perfected the art of raising their eyebrows and telling you that nothing is available...the Oliver Twist syndrome for urban hospitality. Berjaya vacation club members should be initiating a class action suit to protest paying for this kind of hospitality (to be fair, the Berjaya properties in Redang and Penang were not spotless, but they had much better service). Do yourself a favor and stay with the hated aunt for a night instead of paying for...
Read moreHad a makeover, albeit little, since the last time I visited (about 7 years ago). Gone are the Thai movie esque dirty white hall ways. If you're sensitive (spiritually), you'll feel something is amiss, according to several friends. I enjoy the bed as it's stiff. Some might not like it. Sheets are clean and overall room is minimalist. Lack of power sockets is a negative. We had to charge our phones far from the bed. Toilet is dark and there was a small carved out spot by the shower. As curious as I was to have the urge to open it, I've watched enough horror to know nothing good will come out of it. Overall, it's an OK place to sleep if you're looking to travel out most of the day and...
