One residency — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Room quite pricey instead of they keep up the maintenance but a lot of water and pipe leaking still occur. Worst air Cond unit issue which is often leaking and noisy, water heater not functioning and lighting issue, if you renting it will cost you more as the old machine did not maintenance well by owner and management. Water and electricity bill also questionably higher, you will end up pay 600rm+ a month for TNB while Air Cond only on at night time. Unit Aircond , and water heater are the old one and prone to spoiled and broken, owner will charges you more and more without checking the facility condition before renting out the unit. This happened to almost all unit, basically they ask you to rent to pay and to repair their low quality unit. Water bill are around 60rm a month, which is very expensive. if you room facing the street you might hear Sportscar engine at night, slightly noisy as near to club area. The view in front of area so depressing that you can see the contrast between low class and higher class. Lack of air circulation and ventilation and the window not so airy and a lot of air and noise pollution from outside. Good things only the location and security. At night they turn off lobby air cond , it smell so bad and stinky as the air...

Guards are the most peculiar part of this building. The residence Guards loves to open the door when they want not when you need. So don't think you can rely on them. They might act nicer than they're.

The building pool, sauna, and the gym are great for spending some time but if you need to train properly you can't use these facilities much. They don't have enough machines and the pool is so shallow and the sauna doesn't work properly (this was replaced after two years of not working).

The location and accessibility is amazing. If you're an expat who needs to get around the city and doesn't have car, this is the best place you can be. However you should book your grab out of Jalan Nagasari or you'll be trapped in a crazy traffic.

Poor security guard—some basic manners would be appreciated. I won’t stay here anymore. For this rental price, I expect at least some respect from the guards. I’m not sure what makes them feel so entitled—are we paying them, or is it the other way around?

To make matters worse, the security guard kept my guest waiting outside in heavy rain, even when they politely requested to sit inside the lobby.
