Happy Wei Wei Kopitiam, Melaka [Non-Halal] ,3pm-4am (Sun Close) Review as of July 2023
Nyonya Laksa Decently rich curry broth with a slight hint of coconut milk. Felt like Nyonya Laksa is the midline in between Sarawak and Penang laksa. Overall enjoyable, noodles were decently cooked and broth pairs well with the cripsy beancurd. Crispy bean sprouts.
Kolo Noodles? Noodles were slightly overcooked however the seasonings are infused with fragrant pork-oil. Topped with chewy fishballs and other aromatics like green onions. Reminds Coody of the Kolomee that he'd have when he's back home.
Fried Crispy Beancurds Fried to crisp while having slight hints of umami-emitting fish pastes, drizzled with I assume is honey-based sauce. Interestingly enough, to assume this as a dessert but to be told that is one of the main dish/sides. Interesting combination but excuted well, credits for that.

The only reason this place stands out is because it's open late night. That's it.
The drinks here are very watery most of the time, and they are very expensive. Food are all simply prepared and taste very bad. Laksa is watery, braised pork rice has burnt taste, fish ball noodle is just instant noodle mixed with msg. Dim sums are all frozen product, please ask for price before taking because it is REALLY expensive. Fried skewer is a NO, the price is VERY VERY expensive.
Please be aware of their price, ask about the price before even ordering anything. For 6 cheap drinks (herbal tea), 7 plates of dimsum, and two bowls of laksa, we were charged rm130+.
Conclusion: Price is super expensive but food...
