DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! If there is no star option, I would definitely put 0 star. The worst owner and experience I have ever had. When I reach to the hotel around 3 pm which is the official check in time, the staff is not aware of our booking. Hence we are waiting stupidly for the communication between the owner and staff. Then when my room is ready, please check the below image. How can this room ever opening up for booking with so bad condition. This is not even what I will have in my grand grandpa house. So bad and air conditioning is not functioning too. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! Owner is irresponsible. The hotel is lack of maintenance. The staff forced me to go into this room and saying there will be no refund. And all of these happened at 2 am midnight, which leave me no choice to stay...

Bilik oklah saya dapat dekat level 1.Tapi,tulah tv tak ada siaran.Line pun slow.Dan lagi 1 dekat tingkat 1 menyeramkan.Tempat receptionist tak sama macam dalam gambar...Dkt receptionist tak ada orang...gelap...apa² semua melalui call...Dan hotel ni tak ada ambil deposit...Bayaran yg buat dkt apps pun kena terangkan...kalau tk dia mintak caj bayaran lain.Sepatutnya dekat apps kita bayar mmg dah harga bilik.Then,smpi hotel cuma tambah deposit nnti nak balik deposit tu akan dipulangkn.Tapi,hotel ni tak lain.Katanya harga hotel yg dalam apps tu cuma separuh harga.Dah sampai kena tambah duit lagi.Jdi kita pun tk tahu harga bilik berapa sebenarnya.Kalau tk pandai mmg kena.Saya mmg tk tambah.owner hotel mintak tambah saya kata saya nak cancel.tetiba dia kata dia check balik dalam apps...

Sebelum gerak dari Terengganu 6.00 ptg, call tak angkat! Biasanya oyo lain akan call kalau lepas pukul 3.00 belum sampai untuk confirm kehadiran, ini kita call pun tak angkat! Pukul 8.00 cuba lagi, masih tak jawab! Pukul 10.00 cuba lagi, pun tak jawab jugak! Aku sampai depan hotel around pukul 2 pagi, pintu kunci, tekan loceng tak bunyi, call 10 kali masih tak jawab?!!!
